When submitting the original and photocopies of the academic documents, is it required to have a "true copy" stamp by the University on each of them or I can just submit them as it is? And when submitting the extra curricular certificates, do you need to get the photocopies of the certificates notarized? I know it's not mentioned in the guidelines but just wanted to be 100% sure. As we are not gujrati and do not use these suffixes anywhere else, they are not mentioned anywhere in my parents passport or Voter ID. it was added without taking our permission by the court order back in 2006. Can I submit some other document instead of a birth certficate because of this problem? I have my parents and my passport

may i where you got your conversion transcript and got stamped? is it the college which we studied or the university that my college comes under (jntuh)?
When we apply through gks embassy track we have make 4 sets that will be of gks application only , i mean rest 3 sets will also include application forms of those universities we will choose .
It is hard but they will ask everything that you know, like your self introduction, about your course and general questions on South Korea. You don't have to go to Delhi, interview will be online.
so we are not supposed to send every sem report card right? i can use transcript instead? and do u think other extra circular activities not related to major eg - i participated in a book quiz where as i have that certificate can i send that? and olympiad i've won gold medal but when i was in class 5 lols do think should i send these?

Hi Bhagya, the guidelines mention that simple photocopies of apostilled documents are not accepted, and they must be certified as 'true copies' by the Korean embassy in India. Does this mean we need to submit 1 original set along with 3 photocopies that have been stamped with the true copy certification by the embassy?

When we apply through gks embassy track we have make 4 sets that will be of gks application only , i mean rest 3 sets will also include application forms of those universities we will choose .
Is Gks interview is very hard? we should attend the interview in Delhi? At a time how many people are interviewed?
It is hard but they will ask everything that you know, like your self introduction, about your course and general questions on South Korea. You don't have to go to Delhi, interview will be online.

You can see the previous year's notice and find universities but they keep updating so you can wait for their announcement too, its upto you.
Hi Bhagya, the guidelines mention that simple photocopies of apostilled documents are not accepted, and they must be certified as 'true copies' by the Korean embassy in India. Does this mean we need to submit 1 original set along with 3 photocopies that have been stamped with the true copy certification by the embassy?
