Recommendation letter doesn't need apostille. And 4 letters in one envelope

I've completed my graduation this month in food & nutrition hence I'm preparing myself for the scholarship by arranging documents 😢but the sad part is i won't be able to apply this year! I've to wait for 2025! I guess the 2025 form will be out on jan /feb..apko bhi kya wait karna padha? The thing is i don't any additional ielts or topik marksheet but i do have other achievement certificates in academic & sports 🙂 wish me luck di

Your birth certificate will prove only your citizenship for parents citizenship you need their documents (their birth certificates/passport/adhaar)

I have cleared all of my doubts about GKS money spending but I have one doubt i.e., you told that you got your VISA just before the day of your departure then when did you booked your ticket ? As Embassy Track applicants, we should submit 4 sets of recommendation letters. Now my query is, can I send the letter all added with each set and then send it to the embassy, or should I add send 4 together in a one different envelope?

You are not eligible for this year because from previous year onwards they stopped accepting provisional certificates but still wait for the guidelines
Original degree is important for application :/ so you have to wait for a year and then apply

If you send them the documents then they won't return it. 😅 that's why we don't send original documents we have to take Xerox of original documents and apostille the Xerox copies and send those apostilled copies to Gks

I don't have any extracurricular activities or awards, and as far as I know, every GKS scholar excels in them. Can you tell me what extracurriculars and awards you mentioned? It would give me an idea about them.

Through gks, only seoul National University offers proper 6 year medical course through embassy track. No other University offers medicine as it take 6 yrs to complete it, so it's really time consuming. All other courses under gks are 3-4 yrs duration courses. There are also others courses like health administration in medicine department (kongju National University).Hope that helps😊

Hello i have a question for the visa process even if you are a scholarship students how much amount do we need to show in our back account for the visa process.
There's no required amount that you have to show. Just bank statement will do.
Hi Bhagya, I'm a GKS-G applicant last year and I'm planning to apply for this year too. I just have a doubt, about the transcript, my college scale is 10 point but they are asking for a 4 point scale. Even if I get a converted transcript, my college is not ready to accept it and the converted transcript costs more than 20k, May I know how you submitted your transcript?
I submitted how my college gave it. With 10 points scale (you can submit however your college gives it)

Hii i have a query as my transcript shows total marks not cgpa or percentage. I have calculated it myself it is 78% can i apply as it is written in guidelines that if i am in top 20% students in the class i am eligible so what paperwork should i do and do i have to convert my transcript in percent how should i do that plzz help with this.
You can get the letter of top 20% from your college with sign/seal

hello, is birth certificate really important for proof of citizenship? or passport will do? because, my birth certificate has some mistakes
also for transcript and degree, do i need to apostille every 4 documents (1 original and 3 photocopies) or just apostille 1 orginal document and then get a 3 photocopies of it.

Hii BHAGYA finding major in medicine is not easy and I am not able to find any major in medicine except SNU(the only university providing ) then what should I do write on my departments blanks if I want to study medicine there ? And second question is if don't have much certificates of curricular activities then is it possible to apply and having expectations to get the scholarship ? hope you would reply💌
You can just write medicine, science or biology as major. And it's okay to not have extra curricular certificates as they are just optional documents
