    Hi Geoff, Now you have really got my attention! Lemon is one of my most beloved flavours... and that steamed pudding with the sauce just looked sooooooo good to me. I almost leaped from my chair to make it now but it is near 1:50 am and I will refrain and do it later. I have made a few self saucing puddings and lemon is my favourite.... your recipe just looked so soft, moist and delicious! Thank you ever so much!

      Hi Henrietta. Oh I love it with custard too. Just a bit lazy yesterday, and I was only going to eat a little. My niece had the rest and I thought she could make her own custard, LOL.

    Years since I have had a lemon steam pudding, oh my goodness My mouth could taste the lemon all the way over herein Queensland, Australia 🇦🇺 😅, ex Brit, who made all your recipes in school back in the 60's in Surrey...which is why I love watching your channel.

    Hi Geoff, this steamed pudding looks incredible, even before you said I could just tell how soft it was going to be as your knife went in. I can’t wait to make this one. Lemon is such an amazing flavour, I was going to ask if I could use cornflour but you answered me in the video! I always learn a lot from you, I didn’t know the difference about the cornflour making the sauce opaque, great tips as always…..thanks Geoff xxxxx

      @geoffsbakingblog  Год назад

      HI Philip, if you mean a 4 pice set that I just saw on the tesco website, it says they are microwavable, so I think for steaming they will be ok, as long as they don't sit on the bottom of the pan, but on an upturned saucer or plate.
