- Glarthir's extreme paranoia has him believing his neighbors are constantly watching him as part of some conspiracy. He contacts a local neighborhood watch, as well as different home security services, to enlist help against the spies. As each of the recipients dismiss him and refuse his bribes, however, his suspicions slowly begin to extend to them as well.

Don't make fun. My father worked for 28 years on my local "being followed" department. Met a lot of strange people. Mostly mentally ill, but a few serial rapists too. Scary stuff.
@@macrons593 He was a "Being Followed" Night Patrolman. So his shift started at 11PM and ended at 7AM. His job was to wait for the "being followed" calls to come in, then he'd drive out to the location to identify and confront whoever the person who was following the caller was. The pay was good but a few scrapes and bruises over the years. He had PTSD for the rest of his life due to a couple of the more severe "being followed" calls.
