    Thank you very much for these tips ! But unfortunately I see it today only 😭...
    On Monday I waste too much time to put my trainers on, my feet were still very wet.... 😅

    how do you setup up at the back with Thru axel. There is no quick release to hook the elastic on anymore :(

      That's true! A solution is to snap the elastic and make a loop/ knot around the diagonal rear stay instead of using the quick release. Hope that helps!

      u just reach down and close it

      Yes just reach down and pull the velcro strap closed when you've got some speed up - best to try in practice first! Don't close them immediately at low speed though.
