I drive the IONIQ 5, with digital wing cameras. The car is great to drive, acceleration, one pedal driving, regen braking, smooth ride, hugs the road. Some 2 years plus ago I had a diesel superb, company car. The major driving experience between diving diesel and electric is tiredness. On long trips in a diesel car I chewed gum, keeping my face muscles alert, since driving electric I don’t chew gum. On the digital wing cameras I find there is no blind spot, when indicating the screens are marking with safe zones to manovre into, reversing they are set to turn on wide angle so no need to move your head to see what is around. You also have additional rear and more side cameras to show you a 360 deg view from top down. The wing cameras, yes are different, once I got used to them I think they are great. Great review - thank you. I missed out on the digital side mirrors as have a first edition car, I agree they seem a little pointless and fix a problem that doesn't exist. The audible speed warnings are a pain, we can only hope that a future OTA update will allow us to silence them permanently! Other than that I am very impressed with the car. On a long run up the A1 in perfect weather and traffic conditions I managed 4.6 m/kwh, though I doubt I will replicate that, in general it returns around 3.6 m/kwh
Just got one. Great car. On the Canadian model (Long Range AWD Ultimate) you can turn off the bing bong that sounds when you exceed the speed limit and it doesn't reset every time you start the car.
They certainly are dangerous and should be banned. I tried a Genesis GV60 with them and my right hand covered up the screen entirely so add in the strange perspective and the effect Peter describes that makes reversing all but impossible and you get the most stupid bit of “tech” in a car on sale today!! 😬😬

Per efficency. Ive had a kona 64kw for almost 2 years. Done a lot of different tests 😂 3 trips to blackpool summer and winter i can get their and back no charging. I get about 4.6kwh ish. Thats 240ish miles for me. but small hops with pre heating. Just over a mile that goes too 2.6 - 2.8 in winter. In the summer i get about 5.2 same journey. So it def varies person to person and journeys. But i have been impressed. Their gauge for power/mileage tends to be very accurate. Most ive got from one charge is 310 miles that was this year with no aircon on just to see what it could do. But that was small hops. Keep up the good work
That’s a good honest review. Having had a good look at the Ioniq 6 when buying our Tucson Hybrid N Line S (and we’re delighted with it) we were very impressed. Adore the styling, especially the rear end. It’s an elegant car. Those digital mirrors are a real no no though and the small sunroof is a bit half hearted, guess it could be to save weight. All in all as your review aptly shows, it’s an excellent EV. Cheers 😁
The Germans had a ridiculously simple method to deal with crashes. When the traffic was slowing to a standstill on a dual carriageway with hard shoulder one lane of vehicles would go tight to but not encroach into the hard shoulder while the other lane would go as close to the central reservation as possible. This left two clear lanes for emergency vehicles to get to crash scene and get the traffic moving again faster. On a three lane the hard shoulder and middle lane would be left completely empty. Have seen it in action and it really does get emergency services to scene of accident way quicker then relying on English drivers common sense.
I like the styling of this car. As I've said before, the spoilers on the rear remind me of the twin spoilers on 1980s XR3s and XR4s. A touch of nostalgia for me. The best part: it isn't an SUV or CUV. I echo the comments of others on the ridiculous exterior mirrors. I hope someone leaks the wind tunnel data on these horrors. I suspect these mirrors' aerodynamic drag is only measurable at super-legal speeds and even then is of trivial significance... I would enjoy driving this vehicle. The quietness alone is attractive to me. I'd been surprised to learn that the silly mirrors contribute all that much to the silence. I enjoy watching these reports of yours...especially with a Petrol Pup aboard. Oh...I forgot to ask: what did you think of these electric mirrors during the night driving? Happy and safe motoring! Aloha.
I have the digital mirrors on the Ioniq 5 Namsan edition. If that model had been available with normal mirrors i would have gone with that (wanted the panoramic roof). But despite initial concerns (prior to getting the car) they work abosulety fine and took all of 30 mins or so to get used to. Coming from a Mk V GTI they offer a far improved level of vision. Work fine in sunny, dark and rainy conditions. You can adjust the brightness if needed.. I wouldnt necessarily gravitate to cars with them in the future but no complaints so far. I see the Lotus Eletre has adopted them.
I know it won't make a very interesting video but, my EGolf which I have owned for nearly 4 years gets between 5 and 6Mkwh going to work and home in the rush hour which I think is how the majority of ev owners use their cars. Maybe instead of 150+ mile trips to the Cotswold area, try doing a mundane commute and talk about the technology, music, maps, remote connections etc which is a big selling point for me. How's the mini??
8 thousand miles in our Ioniq 6 and averaging 4.5 miles per kWh. The 18" wheels really add efficiency. Too bad you can't get them in the UK. Not sure why they design a slippery car and then only equip them with sticky, too wide wheels and tires.
Can't you pull-up the top down view which looks like the camera is above the car? I use this all the time for parking in my Genesis and just use the screen view. It is so easy to work with. I don't need the side mirrors.
That sound which indicates that your exceeded the speed limit is mandatory. For new cars there is the General Vehicle Safety Regulation (EU) 2019/2144. This is the ISA or Intelligent Speed Assistance
it looks way beautiful than many of its rivals and even upper segment cars. both interior and exterior blends retro look with a modern touch. video side mirrors are cool and in time many of us will get used to it.
From an aesthetic point of view I like the back end of the car, a little reminiscent of a 'CLS' (which grew on me!) The mirrors, I agree with you, tech for tech sake, not as truly useful as a couple of bits of mirrored glass and likely as not very expensive to replace. Nice review, thanks.
I doubt rules will ever physically enforce keeping a speed limit as there are situtations where exceeding the speed limit is the safest thing to do. This was a conclusion that auto pilot designers discovered.
Yet to watch the video in full, but agree about the door mirrors. I had the Ioniq 6 last week and found the Digital Side Mirrors to be disconcerting and disorientating. There was an occasion where I needed to reverse in to a bay which had wooden sleepers either side and what would have been a one-take manoeuvre took me three stabs and onlookers must have thought I had just passed my test!!!! Definitely wouldn't spec them.
I had the unfortunate experience of losing the drivers side mirror on my BMW i3... It was 1k to replace it. These I'll bet are easily three times that if not more. Nice overview of this vehicle.
I wish there was a true replacement for the Ioniq 38kwh. I have never dipped below 4 mi/kWh and usually get 6+ mi/kWh and over 5 on the motorway. Surely they could add the 800v speedy charging in a stylish design like this with a bit more power and achieve the same. I guess at 2p a mile it's not really necessary but it means a tiny 38kwh battery can get 220 miles in summer without difficulty. Keeping costs and weight down. The original ioniq may be down on power but it's pretty advanced from an efficiency perspective.
Mate , ive got a 5.0 supercharged Range Rover, proper one not sport 2018 , a 1997 BMW 850 CSI 5.7 v12 manual , an a 2006 merc SLK 55 AMG .im keeping all of em sod electric 😮
Pete, I think it was Volvo who discovered that the aero benefits of the mirrors was more than negated by the power used to run them and their screens. I also agree will the inability of the mirrors to allow you to change perspective. They are just gadgets, and we know what happens to gadgets.
Or maybe you mean Mercedes? Anyway, I know Mercedes ditched the door mirror cameras because for that very reason on their concept car EQXX. And that car has a very, very big focus on consumption which says it all really.
I have the Namsan edition with DSM's, coming from a Seat Leon. Much wider FoV with the DSM's so I don't find myself looking around as much. Think they are excellent in the rain and low light, that has been the biggest positive. In terms of cost, most normal wing mirrors have a wide variety of electronics in them. New i-Pace mirror is £800, can't see these being that far off that.
I don´t have any problems with digital side mirrors at all and I reverse in to parking slots whenever I can, because it´s fun and convenient ;) Don't you have the smart headlights in UK? Very few mention them but they seem to be a real bonus. Meeting a car that has got them is an initially weird but positive experience. Lots of light but no blinding... I like your review, nice to have someone who likes driving to do them and not just someone totally focused on the "entertainment system", hp and how fast they are. A comfortable, quiet car with good behavior on a twisty road coupled with swift overtaking is on my wish list and if I like the looks I'm joining the fan club! We get our Ioniq 6 in the new year (slow to get them in Sweden). Fortunately my husband like the car too, I'm a lucky lady!
As one that started driving back in the late 1960s I really can understand your comments about missing the engine noise and fun (or not) with the gearbox. I have a pal even older that still drives and the bings and bongs in his hybrid drives him bonkers! Tend to agree with your thoughts on the wing mirrors and am sure that automatic speed limiters will become mandatory quite soon. Nice looking car but mad money unless you are fortunate to run it as a company car. Hope the bike ride went well.
@petrolped - I know you haven't got the time to trawl through the sub menus but there is a feature to change the speed warning bong to either disable it or change it from the speed limit to only sound at 3 or 5 mph over that limit. I have mine at 5 mph over and it rarely bongs at me. You might have put some potential buyers off if they think it's fixed forever.
It’s only a matter of time that they replace the windscreen with an OLED panel showing you a camera view of the road ahead. Seriously camera mirrors are just dumb. Sometimes old tech is simply far superior! Nice use of your new gimbal in the video Pete.
9:50 my uncle has a Ioniq6 and he has the camera-system "mirrors" and it's cheaper to get a new camera than a Mirror mirror by NZ$50. There is more crap *in* the Normal mirror. So that point is Moot.
Totally agree with you about the cameras instead of mirrors. I sat in an Ioniq 5 with cameras a while ago, (Fully Charged 🤔) and I will never get the camera option! Seems that the blind spot view when indicating was off the wing camera too.
The good news is I generally get 4.5 mpkw from my Ioniq 6. My wife gets 5 plus driving in eco all the time. Range we find 330 plus In the summer. Best was 341! Will be interesting to see how is fairs in the winter. Great car though.
Lucky enough to have BMW i4 35 M sport as company car and averaging 4.1 miles from factory. Had as good as 4.5 and lowest was 3.5 on A30 Penzance to Exeter and back. Overall really impressed with i4
Interesting to hear about the efficiency. Compared to how impressive the EV6 GT was on your return run from Wales, I expected a much better result, although of course your driving conditions were different. Which car did you prefer?
The sun reflects the shiny chrome & white dashboard -top off the windscreen into your vision (annoying)...😠, other than that..I could definitely live with that. 👍
Suggestion for future EVreviews - in a recent episode myth-busting battery issues, your guest mentioned the value of a heat pump for battery health. Can you add that detail please.
Interesting comment that you’ve not tested an EV that’s returned more 4m/kWh, but this look really aerodynamic…… my Ioniq 38kWh has never dipped below 4.3 m/kWh in the 50,000 miles that I’ve done in it. Looks a great car, and a pleasant change for the bricks on wheels that seem so popular. Agree about the door cameras, a backwards step in safety and functionality.
I've got an old 2015 Nissan Leaf 24KWh and it is regularly doing 5.2 - 5.4 mls/kwh. Okay I agree it is now of it's time and the new cars go a lot further than my 85 mile but I do 25 miles a day and so it suits my lifestyle. It's devalued so much now that I have to keep it but the loss over 8 years is probably equivilent to 3 years depreciation of these £40K plus cars, so I feel I can live with it. Got hooked on this channel years ago because of the soft top Mini Paceman you had.
The speed recognition and speed limiter is already legislation and is a requirement for manufacturers to fit them to every new car to be released so it will be more common in the next yr or so as new cars are released.
Pete. If you want to have a drive in an efficient ev, you should have a go in the old ioniq electric. You will struggle to get it below 4.5 miles per kwh. It's a shame these new cars are not as efficient. I guess its mainly due to their size and weight. Agree with you on the mirrors.
Can you adjust the view of the side cameras? On my Nissan Pathfinder when you shift the car in reverse the outside mirrors view goes into a lower position.
Pete, as you drive a great variety of cars, what is your view on the terrible reflections we have to suffer on modern car windscreens? I managed to solve the issue with a Fiesta I had by ordering a 'dash mat' from the US for it. They (Covercraft), already made them for the US Fiesta, so were able to make one for a right hand drive car. This cleared up the issue by at least 96%, with just the screen vents showing. However, the cost of postage was more than the dash mat, but, I value life so it was worth it. What would you do to stop this issue?
Hate the camera mirros. Kia did it right by giving you both - conventional mirror with camera view in front of blind spots when you indicate. Your point on moving your head to change perspective is spot on, that's the beauty of a mirror and it's completely impossible with a camera. I'm sure somebody will come up with head-tracking tech so the cameras move to mimic a mirror... but why?!
Good review. 268 miles of range is OK if one can find adequate charging stations (capable of 350kW charging) along the way and be back on the road in 15+ minutes. I have to stop at max every two hours to stretch my legs and other necessities. I’m not a sedan person but the overall appearance is acceptable even the wind scoop in the back. The mirrors do look a little strange but would not be an issue in the USA since camera mirrors are not allowed by law. Looking forward to a better efficiency test and charging curve capability, however, you experienced real world driving on this trip.
You can pick low mileage Ioniq 6s up for around the 25k mark now on autotrader, very interesting proposition at that price. Unique looking EV that will probably pay you back in good efficiency if you drive normally . I drive it's spiritual dad at the moment, the OG Ioniq electric. Crazy car for efficiency, even in colder weather. Quick note on those mirrors - I would also not spec them. As above my Ioniq can easily pull 5 to 6 miles per kWh in warmer weather and it has regular mirrors - so not even sure there's a measurable aerodynamic benefit with them...
Camera mirrors have one killer feature: you can put the screen anywhere. So finally you can avoid passengers blocking your view by fishing something out of their handbag when you're exiting a roundabout etc. Oh, they put the screen on the opposite side of the car?! Never mind...
Bearing in mind the interior screens , wonder why manufacturers couldn’t mould cameras into each side top of rear roof, udjusted to give same view as ‘sticky-out’ door camera ‘mirrors’ 🤔?
I have a Honda e with cameras for wing mirrors and the way they have been done is very good. They don’t stick out as much as a mirror would which means if i lose a camera i lose a chunk out my door. The way Hyundai do them I'm not convinced, why do they need to stick out so far?
Firstly you can switch off the speed limiter in the settings and you won't get any bongs unless you are in cruise. Secondly you can set a tolerance for speed limit warnings of up to 5mph
Great review! Kind of in limbo here in the US since it seems the car makers are now moving to the NACS plug (Tesla) which will influence the charger station developments, personally I do not fancy having to use an adapter. On the mirrors, I have been noting that some cameras are more washed out by bright sunlight than others which could get problematic with side mirrors and rear view mirrors that use cameras. The biggest insult about the lack of hard shoulders in the UK, is calling them "smart", like a bad joke.
That’s one of the nicest looking from the front end anyway EVs I’ve seen I tend not to care about the back as that’s what other drivers have to look at. digital mirrors no thank you that’s something that should have remained on the concept never to enter production.
Thanks Ped, I was intrigued from the tv advert of late, the rear was a distraction too many with one spoiler too many. Style over usefulness. For me EV jury hasn’t returned from recess.
I know you undertook a short review of the i4 M50. I have the i4 M Sport with the Pro Pack and the handling is wonderful and with your racing car experience you can probably give it a good shake down. I managed 4 miles per.kwh in my i4 on 19 inch wheels over a 160 mile journey with average mph at 57.
Interesting feature that the 4 dots on the steering wheel turn red when you put it into reverse in the car park at 16:25. Wonder what the point of that is?
Not had to drive a vehicle with camera 'mirrors' yet, but just how often I move about looking in a conventional mirror is enough to show how much of a pain they'd be. Was it you Ped that did a review or interview and someone talked about staying with conventional mirrors as they didn't make that much difference when designed properly, but also commented on the electrical draw of the screens/cameras?
Good review as always Pete 👍. Totally agree with the bings and bongs - very frustrating. In respect of the pricing, it may be a good car but I would rather choose a 2nd hand Porsche Taycan. Have a good weekend & take care
We've done 21000 miles in our EV6, and averaged 4.3 miles per kwh. This summer 4.5 miles per kwh. Projected range over 380 miles against LTP of 328 miles. Ireckon that we get most of this, so I would say that the constant knocking of LTP figures is definitely wrong.
Can you change contrast/brightness in the camera mirrors? What's it like in sun with glare? Agreed on the glass mirrors, with regards to reversing. Wonder how well they'll work in winter morning, dunno if they're heated. Wouldn't say I like the looks, but Im glad it's something different, non suv.
1) All and all a very sleek looking machine, very nice. 2) "Bings & Bongs" infuriates me to no end ! 3) Jury's out on those rearview cameras and I would agree with your opinion. 4) Sadly, 250 mile range just doesn't cut it and that is imperative for me. As I've already mentioned in a previous video I am looking at the Ioniq 5 but I believe it has the same battery set up as the Ioniq 6 and again 250 miles of range simply wont do. I'm afraid I'll have to sit on the side lines for a couple of more years or until they come up with some revolutionary new type of battery. Great viewing as always. Stay safe !
@@M_J_nan I've always owned 4WD or AWD for over 50 years and I dislike FWD to no end. RWD is great for people in the Caribbean's. ... so, I'm still stranded on the side lines. I just hope I live long enough to see that day !
Reminds me of a cross between a Diane and a big Citroen DS (the original saloon/hatch one not the current DS range) PS - as I've always been able to beat official ranges including in EV's... I'd be willing to bet in Summer months 400 miles is possible with the single motor version...
The other issue on those stupid video mirrors is about focus. When you look in a real mirror your eyes focus on the reflection, not the mirror itself. So when you switch between looking out of the windscreen and looking in a real mirror you’re focussing on a similar mid to far distance. But with a video mirror you must focus on the actual screen which is much closer than your view out of the windscreen. So you’re constantly having to change focus and as you get older, that is more difficult.
Just think how much energy we could save if motorways were limited to 60mph. My equivalent Tesla's lifetime consumption is 4.4 miles per kWh after 4 years. I get well over 5 on my commute or on coast highway runs in summer (that typically includes one or two traffic snarls despite going early to avoid the worst traffic). In AU its increasingly hard to maintain 110km/h thanks to congestion so the limit might as well be 100, or 60mph. I don't hypermile, but I do anticipate and maintain momentum where I can. It's one way of making driving an EV more engaging.
I love it! I think it looks beautiful. I’ve been waiting for you to review the Ioniq 6 as I’m hoping to get one soon.

Cheers 👍
You said it. They clearly were not designed by someone who has needed to reverse a car.
Think there bad on cars try driving a truck with them just manufacturers trying to be clever
I’ve seen these on a lot of commercial lorry’s, and you can be sure they wouldn’t be fitting them to commercial vehicles if there wasn’t a financial reason.

So it def varies person to person and journeys. But i have been impressed. Their gauge for power/mileage tends to be very accurate. Most ive got from one charge is 310 miles that was this year with no aircon on just to see what it could do. But that was small hops. Keep up the good work
wish you discussed the mobile phone app features too
That’s a good honest review.
Cheers 😁
Thanks for sharing!
Aloha.
I can see that 👍
Mr Ped I love your honest reviews that's why I watch your channel. Keep up with the excellent reviews
I appreciate that 🙏🏻
I have the digital mirrors on the Ioniq 5 Namsan edition.
Great to hear 👍
Very interesting point on the camera "mirrors".
I actually like the rear design personally it reminds me of saab 900 turbo
👍
Wow what a great review love the honesty 😊
Thank you! 🤗
Impressive 👍
Totally agree with you about the camera mirrors
it looks way beautiful than many of its rivals and even upper segment cars. both interior and exterior blends retro look with a modern touch. video side mirrors are cool and in time many of us will get used to it.
Thanks 🙏🏻
Yep. Same here 👍
Excellent and precise review as per normal buddy 👌👌
Thanks a ton mate 👍
Everyone wants big batteries and big batteries are heavy.
@@edc1569Yes, there are so many people concerned about range when most people really don't drive that many miles every day.
Mate , ive got a 5.0 supercharged Range Rover, proper one not sport 2018 , a 1997 BMW 850 CSI 5.7 v12 manual , an a 2006 merc SLK 55 AMG .im keeping all of em sod electric 😮
I bet you are 👌👍
Pete, I think it was Volvo who discovered that the aero benefits of the mirrors was more than negated by the power used to run them and their screens.
That is a nice looking EV. I wish Zeekr would sell the 001 in the Uk.
Hi Peter I saw one of these the other . What an absolutely fantastic looking car .Porsche esk . 😊
👍
I don´t have any problems with digital side mirrors at all and I reverse in to parking slots whenever I can, because it´s fun and convenient ;)
Don't you have the smart headlights in UK?
Great review. I agree about the bings and bongs! Far too many for no reason.
Exactly!
Great video Pete.
1k for mirrors - nuts, too many bings and bongs, don’t need a nanny driving my car. Other than that not bad.
Bike ride was awesome thanks 🙏🏻
@petrolped - I know you haven't got the time to trawl through the sub menus but there is a feature to change the speed warning bong to either disable it or change it from the speed limit to only sound at 3 or 5 mph over that limit. I have mine at 5 mph over and it rarely bongs at me. You might have put some potential buyers off if they think it's fixed forever.
Thanks for the tip 👍
It’s only a matter of time that they replace the windscreen with an OLED panel showing you a camera view of the road ahead. Seriously camera mirrors are just dumb. Sometimes old tech is simply far superior! Nice use of your new gimbal in the video Pete.
Ah thanks for spotting that 👊
Another great video again Pete really enjoyable
Thanks 👍
Thanks Pete I think you have sumed up my thoughts on the review camera issue. Pleased it is an option, otherwise not a bad car I think
9:50 my uncle has a Ioniq6 and he has the camera-system "mirrors" and it's cheaper to get a new camera than a Mirror mirror by NZ$50. There is more crap *in* the Normal mirror. So that point is Moot.
Nice with some real information and no guess-work, thanks! Greatings from a Swewe... Miss you guys!
Overall really impressed with i4
Nice 👌
Interesting to hear about the efficiency. Compared to how impressive the EV6 GT was on your return run from Wales, I expected a much better result, although of course your driving conditions were different. Which car did you prefer?
EV6 for me 👍
“Behind me is an EV that’s not an SUV.” The right way to start an EV video.
The sun reflects the shiny chrome & white dashboard -top off the windscreen into your vision (annoying)...😠, other than that..I could definitely live with that. 👍
I was at the British Motor Show today, Pete. Test drive of a BYD and Tesla - BYD won hands down at about 1/3 of the price! I'm starting to lean EV.
Totally agree with you on those awful mirrors, and the idea of smart motorways is even more awful they should never existed!, great video as always 😊😊
Couldn't agree more 👍
Don’t think so 👎
@@PetrolPed Yes, I belive you can according to some of the Ioniq owners who have posted here 😊
Pete, as you drive a great variety of cars, what is your view on the terrible reflections we have to suffer on modern car windscreens?
I managed to solve the issue with a Fiesta I had by ordering a 'dash mat' from the US for it. They (Covercraft), already made them for the US Fiesta, so were able to make one for a right hand drive car. This cleared up the issue by at least 96%, with just the screen vents showing. However, the cost of postage was more than the dash mat, but, I value life so it was worth it. What would you do to stop this issue?
Sounds like a good fix. Best bet it to spec a dark colour dash 👍
I understand that there is more front boot space with the single motor rear wheel drive version
There is! Not huge but enough to be useful.
Hate the camera mirros. Kia did it right by giving you both - conventional mirror with camera view in front of blind spots when you indicate. Your point on moving your head to change perspective is spot on, that's the beauty of a mirror and it's completely impossible with a camera. I'm sure somebody will come up with head-tracking tech so the cameras move to mimic a mirror... but why?!
Maybe 🤔 👍
Evening all! Hope everyone is doing well and have a great week! Will watch a bit of this now and finish it later on.
Hi. What is the color of this car? Thanks
Not sure 🤔
When I'm being tail-gated during the day I turn my lights on. They think I just hit the brakes and hit theirs. That's fun.
😅
Firstly you can switch off the speed limiter in the settings and you won't get any bongs unless you are in cruise. Secondly you can set a tolerance for speed limit warnings of up to 5mph
Thank you! I didn't know that.
I agree 👍
Joe Achilles has the best description of the Defender!
"PORTALOO" 😂
Yeah it’s a running joke on the podcast 👍
That’s one of the nicest looking from the front end anyway EVs I’ve seen I tend not to care about the back as that’s what other drivers have to look at. digital mirrors no thank you that’s something that should have remained on the concept never to enter production.
I agree 👍
Great roads between Petersfield and Chich for testing 😊 If you are stuck behind an old Landy that will be me 😂
😂😂😂
Thanks Ped, I was intrigued from the tv advert of late, the rear was a distraction too many with one spoiler too many. Style over usefulness. For me EV jury hasn’t returned from recess.
I know you undertook a short review of the i4 M50. I have the i4 M Sport with the Pro Pack and the handling is wonderful and with your racing car experience you can probably give it a good shake down. I managed 4 miles per.kwh in my i4 on 19 inch wheels over a 160 mile journey with average mph at 57.
Nice 👌
Thanks for the video funny enough I think I was at that pub over last week is it near Chichester? And it has destination chargers?
I does indeed 👍
Pretty sure they are heated. Not sure you can change the contrast 👍
Someone who had this car stated above that you can adjust the brightness and that you get a wider angle when reversing.
Stay safe !
This figure is for the AWD. The RWD with 18inch wheels possibly will fit the bill.
Good point 👍
Just think how much energy we could save if motorways were limited to 60mph. My equivalent Tesla's lifetime consumption is 4.4 miles per kWh after 4 years. I get well over 5 on my commute or on coast highway runs in summer (that typically includes one or two traffic snarls despite going early to avoid the worst traffic). In AU its increasingly hard to maintain 110km/h thanks to congestion so the limit might as well be 100, or 60mph. I don't hypermile, but I do anticipate and maintain momentum where I can. It's one way of making driving an EV more engaging.
Yep 👍
Very good review.I'm with you on those mirrors, they are a menace. Not too sure on the styling of this one though.Looks a little odd.
Thanks for watching!
