I love this, Desiree! For weeks I've been doing yoga without planks, downdogs or using my wrists as my left arm and shoulder really hurt. I decided I wanted this to somehow ease the pain and discomfort. My whole body now feels light with less discomfort. I did this routine this morning. I have been doing Pilates at home since lockdown began in March this has been my favourite routine. A really difficult routine but with a very important message attached to it. xx
I came to this video after a few days of feeling not so good, and by the end of the workout just as you were reciting those beautiful affirmations, I had an unexpected (but definitely much needed) emotional release that caught me completely off guard. Physical activity has had a magnificent impact on so many levels in my life. 3 months later I still love this one. I am stronger not only my body but in my mind which lets face it helps with daily challenges. If people stick with you and listen they will be a better version of themselves. 3 months later I still love this one. I am stronger not only my body but in my mind which lets face it helps with daily challenges. If people stick with you and listen they will be a better version of themselves. I never thought I would be able to do the exercises on my stomach but with time and keeping my belly in I have vastly improved. Thank you!!!!!!
