Torsten Valeur presented my beautiful speakers.
The BeoLab 12 and the BeoSound 1 & 2 range.

Thank you, Torsten and Steve. I love the Beosound 1 and 2. I'm especially fond of the fact you can't see the drivers. Pretty much the same goes for the Beolab 12's.

Steve, thanks for putting together part 3. Looking forward to part 4. Watching these videos, I often wonder, what would have happened if the late Steve Jobs, Sir Jony Ive and the likes of Torsten, and the late David Lewis all got in the same room and shared ideas about design. Apple & B&O have lots of common ground in that space. Would have rewritten history in a way... Just my thoughts. Cheers from Australia!

Thanks! We will be looking at B&O's automotive design next. I agree that B&O and Apple could have made some great ideas if they had worked together!

I think the Beosound 2 is really elegant. It is the perfect speaker to have in the kitchen or maybe the bedroom, really a beautiful object. It was fascinating to hear about the decisions that led to the down-facing tweeter.

Yes it is a really stylish speaker, I had never realised about the tweeter being turned upside down

Exactly that seems like a multi-purpose design decision. Sound improvement, volume control and just a cool levitating effect, all in line with the rest of the body. Fabulously integrated.

@@csaba5415 Yes, it really is a smart design, very practical and functional, as well as being stylish.
