Pani puri is said with different names in different part of india in mumbai its called pani puri in north india many part its called pani ke batashe (sometimes patashe ) In kolkatta its called puchka
Avoid eating too much street food in North India, perticularly in states like Madya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh do not care about hygine control like Southern part of India.
Though it's your choice where to eat, I would advise you to be careful with street food especially when food is uncooked. Like with panipoori quality of water matters as water is not boiled.
