We arrived in Udaipur and found a room at the center of town. We spent a night there and are now hungry. Let´s see what they go here and if the street foods is as good as elsewhere in the country. Maybe they have something special here? Was this called Dal Kawan? Anyway, we did try a few things, let´s see....

@moonshine and lemongrass -Just a bit of info -Daal Pakwaan is a sindhi dish -It originates from Sindh (today a province in Pakistan ) It came along migration of Sindhi hindu folks who settled in various parts of India
