A brilliant food video. Wonderful of you to show us those yummilious street foods found in the medina of Meknes. Truly appreciate your sharing and thank you very much, Sir.
Good to see u back with the kids! Pastilla is 100% Moroccan it originated in Morocco and made it to Indaluz thanks to Moroccans who moved there like many things but now you only find it in Morocco with some bad tries from Algerians to copy it. The rice plate is called Moroccan rice not many Moroccans make it cuz they prefer couscous but its popular in America you can find recipe by googling Moroccan Rice you’re welcome 🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦
CHAW 294, you are a faithful follower for many years, since the family were first in Penang, and Olive was a baby. Wish the whole family many happy times in their travels.
@chaw294.. me too.. I've seen OLIVE since she's 1 or 2 year old.. and till now I really like her.. she's lovely lil girl.. I do love her like my own daughter... anyway.. yeah... hai Olive.. love you sweetie
@@yvesthesleeve it’s a derived word from “pastela” pastilla does not mean any thing.. it was called so for it’s sugary touch, the fishy one is a recent version
It is a bit tricky as most people do not want you to film them... or it is difficult to know which ones. that is why I am a bit reluctant but I do want to film people more and also talk with them.
Having children play with dolls is much better than having them spend the whole day staring at a tablet screen. These classic toys develop the imagination of children. Your daughter and her doll added a lot of value to this video, especially when she was feeding the doll. Very cool.
I love very much you and family the way you travelling entire world and showing the reality of the life each and every point in the world ...bless you brother ...
Hey, moonshine, Bastella does exist only in morocco and is a pure moroccan dish it may have some old andalusian influence, but this is a pure dish from the moroccan cuisine, but please please 🙏 don't call it a north African dish 😅 and never compare moroccan traditions and cuisine to the neighbours as it's like insulting the morrocan legacy 😂
since you are in Morocco, take a tour of Western Sahara occupied by Morocco and see the suffering of the Sahrawis, while the Moroccan occupiers are stealing the wealth of Western Sahara.🇪🇭
@adhanfi9995 The Treaty of Madrid illegally allowed Spain to cede Western Sahara to Mauritania and Morocco, who shared it between them illegally and against international law, and until now Spain manages the skies of Western Sahara. Morocco had promised to hold a referendum for the Sahrawi people and has not kept its promises and continues to bend the wealth of Western Sahara, such as phosphate, which is the primary source of income in Morocco.
Instead of making only food vlogs just meet localpeople ask about their culture and history so that vlog will make more people to get engaged just my advice , also make good thumbnails that make people to watch the video
انتم أسرة لطيفة ومبتسمة للحياة ربنا يحفظكم ويسعدكم ويبارك فيكم نتمنى لكم رحلة ممتعة

Pastela is a Spanish word for “cake” and it’s purely Moroccan.. no way you can find it anywhere else
Sure but it's called pastilla...
@@yvesthesleeve it’s a derived word from “pastela” pastilla does not mean any thing.. it was called so for it’s sugary touch, the fishy one is a recent version
Maybe you can make video on how the food vendor prepare their foods.
It is a bit tricky as most people do not want you to film them... or it is difficult to know which ones. that is why I am a bit reluctant but I do want to film people more and also talk with them.
😃😋 you ar good men 😂
Thanks 😅
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Moroccan food is more “spiced” Tunisian food is more spicy 🌶️
Yes that's it
❤😂 compared to western food it is spicy❤ tunisiz is like india spice 😉

I completely agree, it's a sad state the world is in with the kids staring at screens all the time

Is sugar cane grown in Morocco?
It certainly seems so
We dont have pastilla in Tunisia
I never saw it there but Wikipedia says so.. False again.

Yes. Many people say that, I acknowledge this, it's just that the internet is such a big place and there are so many wrong things obviously...
@yvesthesleeve never trust Wikipedia, any monkey can put his BS there, sometimes in order to confuse people ...
Bastilla is a purely Moroccan dish and has no relation to any North African country. The name also has no relation to Andalusia. Please correct this.
When you read the internet then you see its not true. Even the name is a clear indication of where it's from. Please correct this.
I dont think morrocans eat bread with rice like u did 😅
They do, much more than me, and they even eat fries with it.
Bastilla is a purely Moroccan dish. There is a country with no history that can steal everything that is Moroccan.
I see ...
since you are in Morocco, take a tour of Western Sahara occupied by Morocco and see the suffering of the Sahrawis, while the Moroccan occupiers are stealing the wealth of Western Sahara.🇪🇭
Travelled extensively there before the kids, all the way into Mauritania and then Senegal, Burkina, Mali.. Was a good trip. Maybe we will again
Occupied by Morocco? That’s our land, and those people are moroccan. And if you have any problem with that, we can sort it out
@adhanfi9995 nah
@adhanfi9995 The Treaty of Madrid illegally allowed Spain to cede Western Sahara to Mauritania and Morocco, who shared it between them illegally and against international law, and until now Spain manages the skies of Western Sahara. In this country it's very difficult to film people, I don't only make food vlogs, but I will stop soon anyway
well haha
