Afghan fruits and vegetables are probably the best in the world, for example when you slice tomatoes, the juice is almost red, some afghan apples are so sweet that when you bite into it your lips will stick together, not to mention the yellow potatoes that never break when cooking chips.

I recommend you go to a doctor asap, It happend to me when I went to Afghanistan back in 2013 and 2019 and I ended up in hospital. Wish you a safe journey and please don't forget to go to Nuristan.
