Yooo, mate you inspired me to do calisthenics, it's been 2 months and I've started my diet 6 months ago.. So far I've lost about 40KGS from 118 kilos to 82, since 2 months I'm now able to do 5 dips 10 pull ups and a pistol squat! Thank you. Keep it up!
My questions to Daniel would be where he grew up, who his parents are and how he was raised and also his ethnicity which I'm guessing is Eastern European because he is very disciplined and modest for a young man in his 20's from Australia its not very common at all and its nice to see more.

Milincovic Savic you should do max pushups 4 times and and 1 min rest between. Then max pull-ups 4 times and rests between. Do that for two weeks and you have progressed. 💪🏻

Is it normal that I did 105lbs chin ups on tuesday and tried today and could barely do 90lbs? although it was different bar and a lot less warm up as prep today but does those two factor make that much of a different?
Kinda serious question I’m a skinny kid I’m 16 I play ice hockey for my highschool and I don’t know what to do to better myself and bulk up muscle to gain speed on the ice and a harder shot. I know you get a lot of these texts a day but it would be the best thing in the world if u could reply with any advice you have for me I’ll do Anything to help better myself I try eating a lot and working out but I’ve stayed at the same I am now for a long time It would mean the world to me if u could spare me some advice on what to do
