    Keep this in mind when it comes to bioelectrical impedance scales like the one used in the video: The current doesn't travel "up your body"; it actually only travels up one leg and down the other. The entire upper body is completely bypassed. That's why they're seen as being very inaccurate. What they (roughly) measure is the BF% of your lower body, which can be quite different from that of your upper body.

    Thank you for finally explaining the fact that you are built from a small frame and the ILLUSION that appears to be big is just by the eye of the beholder. In other words a person that is overweight trying to lose weight and cut to look somewhat like your Illusion, they would have to get to the skeletal frame of the body and build from there. This was and is your best video!!!

    • @EviEhvee

      Jankawass Fissawwr it’s surprising because he is much MUCH taller than them. Like, he towers over them. To the point where he looks taller than 5 foot 10. And from my own experience, men are generally taller than the ones he comes across. I’m 6’0 and more than half the people I meet everyday are either my height or taller. I guess it depends on geography? Idk. But it’s not big deal, who cares lol. Just thinking out loud.

    • @mandalorian4620
      @mandalorian4620 5 лет назад +1

      @@EviEhvee
      Man, people just seem differently tall when you see them in most videos as opposed to in real life.
      For example you would not believe how many people there are shorter than 5'10"
      But, since it is the average you will always have as many people that are 5'8" as people that are 6' and as many men that are 5'4 as 6'4ers, which seems ridiculous if you think about it.
      But I know that is true, since I am exactly average height and so I recognize that there are as many people shorter than me as people that are taller than me and most (80%) are within 2-3 inches of my height.
      I mean it is obvious, since the Gaussian distribution curve applies to height.

    Haven’t watched the video yet but I think it’s cuz of your legs! As your legs (quads hamstrings can be the heaviest muscles in your body) once you get them huge your weight will go up! Like I got big quads and hammies and I’m 179 lbs and my friend who is exactly the same size as me and same height is 190 and he don’t look nowhere bigger than me! But I look leaner and his quads are slightly bigger so heavier than mine that’s why he weights more!
