Hey Austin it’s already end of year and I wanna say thank you for all your videos and amazing tips. Watching your videos and practicing have not only helped me get fit but also help me maintain my physique. I’ve been able to have a second body transformation.Just Uploaded the transformation video today
Antagonist Super Set: 20 Reps of Decline Push-ups 1 minute break 20 Reps of Australian Row 1 minute break 20 Reps of Pull-ups 1 minute break 20 Reps of Decline Pike Push-ups 1 minute break Repeat Incase anyone copies this method, you dont need to do exactly 20 of each. Work you way up. Example: 15 Push-ups, 10 Australian Row, 5 Pull-ups, 10 Decline Pike Push-ups Dont overload yourself and keep it at a pace do you dont burn yourself out on one set. Good luck!
Comon man I’ve been seeing your videos from very starting of your RUclips journey You’ve gained a lot , built hugely, moreover became a aspiration for many .....✊🏻✊🏻 Wishing you a all the best for your journey dude...💪🏻✊🏻💪🏻
Antagonist supersets kill your gains a bit. They are great for saving time and getting in a lot of volume fast but they don't provide sufficient muscle damage, thus smaller the gains. They distribute blood everywhere and decrease your overall volume.
My current plan is: Push, pull, rest, push, pull, legs, rest Might change to: Push, pull, rest, push/pull, push/pull, legs, rest. What do u guys think? Or maybe chest/shoulder/back and biceps/triceps split
@Nik A @Jasper My legs are already insane tbh because I rode my bike a lot when I was young and I run 2 miles to the gym. Getting them any bigger would make it look a bit odd
Check out the 10 minute leg workout Austin recently uploaded. It’s really effective! If it’s too easy for you though, implement a weightvest into your training.
I suggest hitting the gym ( using weights ) for legs since they are too strong in bodyweight exercises, youre gonna have to do unilateral exercises if you still wanna stick with BW training but its gonna take a lot time and can causes imbalances
I am 12 years old at 45 push ups 17 dips and pull ups it can vary it could range from 7-10 depending on grip width and how I feel. I’m just wondering where I should go from here? Am I ready to learn planche and those sort of skills? If not what should I get to?
@@treytonsmith I'm 13 at 135pounds and can do just one more pullup than you. Is that good, I ask because I dont know your bodyweight. And when I did it, i didnt go completely down, just right before (boxing coach told me I needed to do it). But in training i go all the way down
Train , Train, and, Train Yeah that's really good and btw I’m 145 lbs 😜 just make sure to go all the way down and hold it for about 2 - 3 seconds once you reach the top and try to go for a max and reply and that would be your like full-on max pullup just don't work out before you do it and make sure to warm up and have it in the middle of the day when your body is fully awake
So the cameraman is acting like Christopher Nolan cause he is moving camera left and right and showing blur quality of camera. But would say cameraman is superb 😁👌👍👍👍
Is it best to prioritise one or two skill moves to train on and develop or do a little bit of everything both in strength training and skill sessions so can achieve more skills down the line? Thanks
What about dips since pushups for some are too easy, assuming for you too. Other than that, the idea of supersetting antagonist muscles is truly underrated I feel both here and in the weightlifting. Both it works great and it feels even greater, although I usually rest 20 seconds at least before switching.
How are you getting it done twice as fast if you're still waiting a minute between antagonist exercises? That's the same time youd be waiting between each set of the same exercise anyway..
For noobies its gonna take longer rest time, but essentially this workout not supposed to have rest in between supersets because you are working antagonist muscles
Hey Austin. I've been working out at home with free weights for a few months and I've built muscle but it's been very slow, if I switch to calisthenics will I build muscle faster?
Austin man I really love channel but most importantly the music that you used for this video can you tell which artist sings the songs you displayed in this video I really like the songs and I would love to know what’s their name so that I can check it out plzz🥺

They be like Austin you are always working hard but you not dropping shit
So do you do a dropset on every set of an exercise? Or just the last set?

I just turned 15 and I’m at 32 pull-ups and 113 Pushups can’t do a planche yet I guess that should be one of my goals now 😂

I train 5 days a week
I had a park in but it's closed during lock down
If you use weighted vest it doesn't remain a only body weight workout
So... decline push ups followed immediately by standard push ups would count as a push up dropset?
Ye
