Watching Gabo perform L- sit 2 handstand is mesmerizing. He doesn't just perform the movement, he' s the movement himself.
Much respect to Gabo, he's at the top of his game.

Gabo is brilliant and mad respect to Austin for being at his level yet still humble and acquiring teaching and instruction, seeking a deeper knowledge without having to interrupt and add his 2 cents. I'm going to push to learn well, silent and soaking it up like a sponge. Awesome vid.

Loved how Gabo shared his knowledge unselfishly to you and all of your fan base. He's such a humble athlete. His tips were actually concrete and not abstract and I bet they will be very useful for many people watching this video. Also loved how Austin let him speak freely and paid attention to him. Much Love to you both guys!

  • @دكتورمحمدضياءمحمدأحمد

I have another method to become stronger in skill or any ex. :
1- Lets take skill like planch ( for example go from tuck planch to straddle )
( if u can hold just 10-12 sec. in tuck planch )
    Solution:
Do (5-6 sets every set) ( between 4-6 sec.) for (3-4 days in week ) (rest from 5-10 minute between every set ) (total this workout between 26 - 60 minute )
2- now take an ex. Like pull up or push up (if u want to increase reps ) ( so helpful for beginner to acheive basic strength)
( if you can do just 6-8 pull up and want acheive 20-30 pull up in 1 set )
    Solution:
    (Same the first one )
(Do 5-6 sets ) ( every set half of your max. req If u can do just 6-8 than go with 3-4 rep ) (rest between set 5-10 minute) ( for 3 days in week is best not 2 or 4 )
    Thanks for reading
    (Hope that make sence) ❤️❤️🌹💗🙏🏻🙏🏻
Note : i take 40min write this massege give me thumb plz😘🥰😍
