would you ever do a overcoming isometric version of this for more strength/ muscle?
How many days a week is it recommended to practice compression?
Perhaps get a client who is really really inflexible and show how to train from that starting point? Asking for a friend…😊

The L sit is currently not possible for me either because of weak quads or weak core compression
