My question is did you state the grams incorrectly in the measurements? Cause 1 + 1/3 cups is not 250 grams. And thanks for the recipe the 144 grams came out correct.

I used flour made from almond pulp (a byproduct of making almond milk). It was excellent. I just put all the ingredients in a bowl and used the hand mixer to get the desired consistency. Thanks for this recipe!

I just tried this recipe and it turned out great. The easiest cake recipe I've come across so far....I almost didn't believe it as it was too easy to be true...but the comments gave me the confidence to try it and I'm glad I did. I made a few changes by adding some matcha tea powder and reducing the sugar by half as it felt too sweet for me. O and I used vanilla essence instead as I didn't have Almond extract. Made this again ... about 4th time(converted it in2 gms) ... i never seem to have exact ingredients: only had 3 eggs... so added lemon/lime juice & vanilla essence ... i was less than 50g short of almond fl so topped it up with coconut flour... and Erythritol sugar sub in place of regular sugar ... popped it in airfryer at 180°C for 30mins... smoke alarm sounded at 15mins... cake is brown crusty, moist inner n tastes great, albeit a little flatter than the result here. Thank you for posting, i'll certainly attempt it again.😊😊😊

I attempted it today, and the result wasn’t anywhere near the video. Not sure what went wrong. The outer layer of the cake cooked like a shell with slight crakes but the inside still wet and sticky. I’m letting it cool down.

Almond flour is an excellent choice but it is far from being fat-free, though most of its fat is 'healthy fat'. Roughly, I calculated about 75 grams of fat for the entire recipe.

I’m making this now mine was so watery I continue to use almond flour until it reached the consistency similar to yours I’ll let you know how it turned out! I think it could be because my eggs were quite large and also I use coconut sugar. Update: this was a Nice moist cake and you could never tell that it wasn’t made with flour my only thing was my eggs maybe a bit runnier so I had to add more almond flour it wasn’t overly sweet because I use coconut sugar for the coconut sugar did give it a bit of a more between the case so I will try it with a different type of sugar Thank you
Thank you for this recipe. I made muffins and added an additional teaspoon of almond and placed sliced almonds and powdered sugar. Definitely overkill on the powdered sugar and maybe the additional almond was not needed. Perhaps also the 4 eggs were two much. Next time I am going to try the recipe with 3 eggs. The cake was moist though. It was quite delicious.
Going to try this with maybe an allulose/monkfruit blend. I've heard that baking with allulose makes things brown darker though so I'll have to keep that in mind.

I went with about a cup and a half and judged by eyesight to the same consistency in the video. It was closer to 150g not the 250g in the description
i just made this cake! i added a pinch of salt and had to add a bit more flour (maybe around 1/3 cup total extra) to get the consistency shown in the video i also substituted the almond extract with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract it's currently baking! i'll update when i try it ❤❤ update 1: i have around 10 minutes left. it smells amazing!
My batter also seemed too liquidy but you said 'no worries' so I forged ahead and it came out absolutely perfect. Not to mention, delicious. I'll be making this again for sure. Thanks again.

@@cookstermom I did enjoy it! I swapped out the sugar for a monk fruit sugar substitute, and it turned out really good. It was very soft and almost had a custard-like taste, which I love. The monk fruit is not quite as good as regular sugar, but I am trying to cut back on sugar. So it was more of a low-carb/keto version. It was so good. I will definitely be making it again. As a former bakery owner, SALT should be added to counteract Sweet and you do NOT need that much sugar. Almond flour by the way is terrific.

I made it with an 8” springform pan and the cake turned out to be only 1” tall so make this in a smaller pan if you want it taller. Tastes great!

I decided to make it with regular cake flour and almond extract as opposed to almond flour. It came out beautiful but also quite hard.
Unlike regular white flour, almond flour contains fat that contributes moist.
Pls send more of ur recipes!!!!
