- Vincent Rosa, 41, was arrested on Tuesday after police said he pulled out what appeared to be a firearm at the campus of Forest City Elementary School.
Pulled a gun on another parent at an elementary school!! Parent told school staff what happened. Staff called cops and put school on lockdown.
Cops arrive and are being more than fair while Vinny here lost his cool. He got aggressive, blamed everyone else, played the race card, played the victim card, threw a tantrum, and is now in court shaking his head like it's all lies. Man up Vinny and take your licks. You are embarrassing yourself and your family...
The badge cam video is clear as day. Feel sorry for your family. They probably see this side of you all of the time. Poor kid has probably been growing up witnessing this behavior since birth.
I also saw the body cam footage and this piece of crp was absolutely ridiculous. Hopefully the police will take his gun and the school with ban him from the school grounds. There is no place in a free and innocent society for anyone to wave a gun and threaten peoples lives while in the carpool line at a school.

I would add that every Supreme Court decision affirming our RIGHT to keep and bear arms allows that the RIGHT to keep and bear arms _can be_ removed for criminal convictions.

"He did show the victim the gun if im not mistaken from reading the affidavit..." he shakes head. He tells the cop in the arrest video that he was run off the road and denied any wrongdoing involving a gun, even saying that having multiple witnesses was a lie because it didn't happen.

People act tough all their lives, and then poop their panties when the real tough guy shows them how it’s done. These charges are felonies and “she” will no longer be allowed to legally carry a gun anymore. Last week a person just like this man honked his horn and ran 3 kids off the road because they rode their bikes too slow on the street. I was behind this guy and recorded the road rage. Once at the school I told him that being ignorant does not excuse what he did , and that sooner or later he was going to get what was coming. The guy then told me to mind my own business and tried to start a fight. I did not take the bait , but did call police, and gave the video evidence. This happened at 7:30 am, while people are dropping kids off at an elementary and high school. I now see that these cowards eventually get what’s coming. Too bad I can’t reserve a front row seat for it. As for this Rosa dude………. You look worse than a criminal. You look like a typical bully with a sprinkle of cowardly .

Please.....this man is unstable and at some point he's going to use any weapon in his possession. No way his significant other should stay with him or have children being raised by him. He's a lunatic, a volcano just waiting to erupt over any little thing. And really, I have little sympathy for the woman that had children with him. His behavior has reared it's ugly head long before she got pregnant by him. No way any woman should have a relationship (and definitely *NOT* have kids) with this 'out-of-control' monster.

For those of you who want to show pity for this man - don't. I saw the bodycam video from the police confrontation and arrest. He was belligerent, condescending, and uncooperative. He deserves everything he gets.
I remember him telling the police “I went to college not you” well he doesn’t look like educated at all. With how he acted with the police, he does look better in his yellow outfit. They should take his firearm permit away.
