I am stunned Lemon did not see this coming. He was given 3 very serious consequences for his behavour. The first was the removal from night time to the morning show. The second time was his retraining program when he was rude to his co-hosts. Then again a third time was his sudden week off (time out) . This last incident with Ramaswamy shows he's not reflected on his inappropriate behaviourand rudeness to guests and co-host. He is a man looking to behave superior and always ready for a verbal fight.

In addition for finding a mate, most ppl are aged out of certain positions if they’d haven’t obtained them earlier on.
For example, many older medical student will tell you just how hostile their environment is. Many primary providers who do the hands on training of them don’t wish to treat students they own age or older like the rest of the grunts. They look upon older students as failures despite the fact they can do the work ‘n think on their feet like the average medical student.
The same goes for the other business sectors. If you reach a plateau without getting the promotions, then you’re often aged-out ‘n dismissed. Nikki Haley felt comfortable enough to state that both Presidents Biden & Trump are past their prime meaning they’ve aged-out of that position they both are seeking reelection for.
Don Lemon was simply using her own words against her but it backfired as he didn’t better quantify why he’d chosen to do so. He’d lazily stated to his co-anchor that piped-up: ‘go look it up on Google.’ That made his statement seem like a petty personal attack on Nikki Haley instead of it being one that showed she’s being an ageist.
He has always been a pain... I remember one interview outdoors that he made an african-american man very disgusted and after the guy said on air that he was offended Don started a long story about misunderstandings and ended the conversation sayin that people sometimes call him Don Le Mond (or something that sounded French) due to miscommunication. In my opinion, he always sounded condescending when he was not talking to white men or people he met previously.

The only reason Don Lemon should have been let go was because he was last in the ratings. Being moved from a prime time slot with your own show to the mornings with a co anchor is not a promotion even if Lemon claims it is. The Nikki Halle thing was uncalled for even if the only reason she brings it up is because of the current president and that whole argument would vanish if Trump was in office. A woman is considered to be in her prime in her 20s and 30s and maybe 40s. Nikki Haley is 51 so Don wasn’t wrong and conservatives have said worst things. I don't need to run of all the things Tucker Carlson, Rush Limbaugh and others have actually said. Then there is Vivek Ramaswamy who was insulting when he claimed Black people secured their rights after the civil war because history tells us that isn't true. Why he is ignoring the Klux Klan which formed as a direct result of that. Jim Crow laws,civil rights movement, the Mulford Act that let us know his claims of secured rights were not enforced. If they were Rosa Parks wouldn't have had to refuse to give up her seat on the bus to a white person and be arrested for not doing it. Then to try to claim its racist because Don didn’t know the man's ethnicity so he said whatever ethnicity he is claiming is just nuts. He knew for certain the man wasn't Black and was spouting nonsense. That same man is taking credit for his termination.

Apparently Don Lemon is unaware of the decades of oppression by black people of Indian people in the Caribbean. He alone feels oppressed with all his gay privilege. Education is required.
I don’t know if Don Lemon would be attuned to how black Caribbeans treat Indians from India, but he DEFINITELY know how they treat the blacks here in the US. It’s all based on the negative propaganda/stereotypes which allows Indians to treat them like dirt in stores located in black communities. The history of the Cast System help to foster maltreatment of the ppl they make money off of. As far as they’re concerned, blacks are at the very bottom of that Cast System in the US ‘n will never think otherwise.
