The president said in an interview on ABC that he was “sick” and “feeling terrible” before the debate. Asked whether it was a bad episode or a sign of a more serious condition, Biden dismissed those concerns. CNN’s Pamela Brown and a panel of experts discuss. Definitely need reform, and we should try to have better math and science scores. In this case, I believe we need to make sure there is a clear, distinct civics thread and focus on reasoning.
