I suspect that Bill Belicheat started his cheating scheme when he was with the NY Giants. The Giants' defense was good but became super good against the 49ers because it appeared that they knew what the 49ers were going to do. The same thing many teams complained about Belicheat's Cheatriots in succeeding years.

At that point 30 other teams in the NFL should have tried really hard to determine how Coughlin and the Giants had the Patriots number. Instead we've had to watch embarrassing coaching jobs against the Pats, a division with Bills, Jets, Dolphins fold like a bunch of cheap suits almost every year for 18 years...save for one season when brady went down...even then Belichick posted 11-5. The Giants made more exceptional plays in their two SB wins over the Pats. In their first meeting, do you remember the go ahead touchdown for the Pats? One man covering Moss one and one...Moss left the line and the DB was falling on his ass, ten yourds of separation to Moss.... You have to watch these games to see how Manning and the Giants really manned up...no way was Brady gonna rip their hearts out.

The crazy thing is it's not even just Brady. What Eli did in the playoffs altogether just to get to the Super Bowl was crazy, especially in 2011. Eli Manning had to get past the Wild Card round, then they had to upset the 15-1 Green Bay Packers IN LAMBEAU FIELD in the divisional round (final score was 37-20 BTW), and then they had to go to San Fran to take on the 13-3 49ers in the NFC Championship game, and a defense that would end up hitting Eli Manning 28 times and sacking him 9 times. I say, when you go through THAT journey, you kinda have to win the Super Bowl at that point. Lol

He finished with 4,993 passing yards, which is the second most passing yardage for a QB in a SB winning season. Mahomes just recently broke that record passing for over 5,000 in a SB winning season, the only QB to do so.

I was 14 years old at the time. As a Giants fan, I can remember me and my mother holding our breaths when Tom Brady throw a hail mary. To be fair, he threw it so high and so good, and then all of the sudden they were there and the ball dropped to the ground, and in that moment, the game was over. 😁🏈

I was 15 and remember rocking my Hakeem nicks jersey watching this one in my buddy’s living room. Good times

Say what you will about Eli Manning, but he's 2-0 against Brady in Super Bowls. No other NFL quarterback has that record.

Every now and them I take a pilgrimage to this video to remember the good times. Maybe one day soon we'll see the glory of the Giants again.

RIP Hernandez. Dude had a bunch of messed up shit in his head and paid the ultimate price... at least he could have said he scored a touchdown in the superbowl.

I totally forgot that was the first play of the giants drive that throw to Manningham down the sideline. Can’t believe that ball fit in there.

Hands down the greatest throw of all time 15:30. The Ben Roethlisberger to Holmes doesn’t even compare because that was a 10 yard pass while this was as a 40 yard bomb under pressure. Also right in Belichick’s face

Wow thank god eli had that defense that saved him!!! All watching this did was make me realize how great eli played. Between dropped passes and missed called in the red zone, the giants should have scored 40 and blew out the patriots...

The Patriots defense forced 2 fumbles and had a key third down stop but it was all negated by penalties and hynoski recovering a fumble

What’s crazy about the ending is that both Welker and Gronk stopped to earlier. That rebound really coulda been caught
