    Yes Fats can also be used for energy instead of Carbs ..you're body needs energy to operate it can operate off carbs protein and Fats for Fuel but we don't wanna use protein because thats our muscle building blocks we need so we need to eat either carbs or Fats ...you could easily do low carb higher fat moderate protein depending on ur Nutritional needs though

      I second that. About 8 weeks ago I went keto and then 2 weeks into that carnivore because it was easier. And In 20 days dropped about 10lb of water and fat. When you get use to it it's not a problem to bulk up with the leaner meats when you want to gain more mass. It keeps you away from sugar, I think that's one of the main things since the majority of the west is addicted to sugar/carbs.

    She mentioned healthy fats not once!! You don’t need a lot of carbs for energy to prevent muscle loss, if you eat enough healthy fats they will be used for atp instead of catabolic effects

    0.77g of protein is a good amount. 1g per 1lb is insane.. that’s a lot of food and shakes 😳

    bulking is the best for muscle mass... u will gain a lil bit of fat but u could always burn it out later...

      Depends on how much you do them ....if you're always constantly exhausting urself then eventually ur Recovery will Suffer which won't be productive for Muscle Growth ...At some point you'll start to break down or go Catebolic instead of anabolic you'll break down muscle tissue instead of build it

      But Yes thats generally bad for building muscle i wouldn't go over more than an Hour anything longer is just Wasted Time and energy

      3hour intense weights workout??
      You wouldn't last 3hrs if its intense. 1-1.5hrs of intense and your muscles would be dead.

      Not each day as in 2,000 day 1, 2,300 day 2, 2,600 day 3… but add an additional 300-500 calories daily for a week (or more depending on progress) and adjust as needed
