- Shirley Bassey is one of my of all- time favourite female artists. Since 1953 she has regaled audiences world over with her powerful voice and is the only singer to record title songs for three James Bond movies which were Goldfinger, Diamonds Are Forever and Moonraker. She is also the first female artist to chart an album in seven consecutive decades.
