If you didn’t sort this out I had the same problem and solved it with a Duetch Works 400L per hour pump. The beauty of that pump is that dropped right into the XJ mount with very little modification. I also replaced all the hard fuel lines with 5/16”. With all the work you have done with your XJ it is a shame to not be getting the performance you expect. Love your project! Have fun with it.

After seeing what was causing this, I am amazed it was running at all! Way to go finding that plug that would have stumped me for weeks.
