    Wireframe renders are still awkward for me. I just want it to look the same as in my Maya Viewport, I'm proud of my efficiency but feel like I fail at showing it off.
    Thanks for the advice, also appreciate you showing your first/bad portfolio

    Hello, I am a 3d environment artist and I want to create my portfolio showcasing my 3D skills using others concept art and I do not know if or how is it legally possible. Could I use their art and say the concept was not min and tag them or should I ask for permission beforehand? Can you please inform me on this subject?

      Look through Artstation's Job postings or Indeed

      Artstation & Indeed are pretty good. Look for a company not looking for someone in a senior position and if you're art speaks for its self then you should be fine :). Just don't get too hung up on one company, it's a numbers game after all

    Hello, I am a beginner from Myanmar, learning about 3D from Utube. I want to ask one thing that a lot of people said a degree was not a problem in 3D industry, only portfolio was important. But when I searched those people's backgrounds, they have had a degree or diploma from a nice school. It is really okay to not have a degree? I was a a civil engineering student but I stopped my university because of our country 's political situation. I am really concerned about my future. In our country, there is no schools related with 3D.
    So.. Can I get a higher position in 3D field even if I don't have a degree?

    • @valentinam3224
      @valentinam3224 4 месяца назад +2

      From what I've seen, a degree is most useful if you need a visa to travel to another country for work. It's still not neccesary, but employers might see it as a kind of guarantee that you're not a beginner

    • @LiamDavidsonYT
      @LiamDavidsonYT Год назад +1

      No, but some schools, especially if it's a high intensity training course will like to see that you can do something in 3D beforehand, however this method is pretty outdated nowadays
