I spent the entire Sunday afternoon prepping all of this. It was A LOT of work..BUT during the week it made it super easy! I'm grateful because today is Wednesday and I'm not bored with the options. One thing was the crackers were a bit difficult to make and wasn't crazy about the end results, but everything else was great. M fav is the spirialized sweet potatoes with aoili sauce. Delish!

I love your balanced approach to eating. I’m 65 and Italian. We eat a lot of varied food but I do realise times have changed and even though my husband and I still eat traditionally, this is something I think the younger generation would like better. I don’t think being extreme in anything is good. Love your candied peel which I make for baking. Great idea using it as a sweet snack. How long will most of you cooked food prep last in the fridge? I cook every day, sometimes having leftovers. I like the idea of not freezing food. I would like this for my daughter. Please make more meal prepping videos! I love watching you and despite my age, I’m learning! :)

Thank you for making these videos. You do a very professional job and appreciate all the effort you go to educate the public on making healthier choices. Don't worry about the negative comments from others--those folks will always be losers in life and have nothing but negative energy--misery loves company--they need to organize a Meet Up group of all their miserable, negative friends. If you don't like something, fine. Just move on and find something else. I appreciate anything anybody provides for a healthy lifestyle. I've watched hundreds videos and have shared your channel with friends. I always learn something new. Thank you for making these videos.

I have made these twice since following you a few weeks back. They are a tremendous hit with the hummus recipe you have. First time I made them, I followed your recipe to a tee and the second time I added a bit more. I added 1/4 tsp turmeric, dash of pepper, hemp seeds (since i didn't have pumpkin seeds) and a dash cayenne. My family and friends love them. Also, I wanted to let you know that I dehydrated them in my excalibur at 155 degrees for 5 hours. Awesome! Thank you so much. I love your recipes and channel. I made your hummus as well and added fermented beets for a totally different flavor. Again Awesome.

Hi Lisa! Thanks so much for all of the great ideas for prepping a lot of my favorite foods! The recipes look amazing too and now that I've subscribed to your blog post, I can't wait to try most of these ideas! I have a spiralizer tool for my Kitchen Aide mixer and I've only used it for zucchini but now the sweet potato looks delicious also spiralized! I have a Ninja Professional blender so I'm hoping that will work for the hummus as well as your Vitamin Blender. I love beets but have not tried roasting them yet and it looks so easy the way you did it. Thanks again and keep the great food prep and recipes coming!

Brilliant! I’ve struggled with making poached eggs but this method is fool proof! Since you make the eggs one at a time I put the oven on low and placed the eggs in a baking dish to keep them warm. Worked a treat, I then placed them on fresh spinach instead of toast and topped them with a dab of pesto and a sprinkle of mixed seeds. Delish! I do love them with asparagus but didn’t have any. Thank you for your beautiful recipes, precise directions and well organized format! I’m a fan!

I have meal prepped in the past and usually pack our meals and store for later, but I find that this takes so much room in the fridge. Your way is so much more simple and I’m definitely going to start this way from now on. Thank you for all your hard work on these videos, PDF files etc. I can’t wait to watch more of your stuff.

Who in their right mind dislikes this video (and ALL videos that this lady has done)? I have been hooked since last week. I have tried a couple of recipes and was pleasantly surprised that eating healthy doesn't have to be boring. And your voice is so pleasant to listen to. You are my "HEALTHY EATING/NUTRITION" voice as Keith Morrisson is my "DATELINE" voice. Thank you so much for all the info. Greatly appreciated.

The kind of eating that this channel describes is budget friendly. Making your own food is budget friendly. The fact that the person has a vitamix etc is irrelevant. Great content here and I appreciate it.
    I've learned a lot.
FB Marketplace free cycle etc give you options for picking up inexpensive or free cooking equipment good luck!

Gorgeous meal prep! I’ve cooked it this week and the thing I like the most is that you do few minutes cooking with the prep ingredients, instead of reheating cooked food. My favourite was the last one with pork, humus and chard lentils, yummy, yummy

loved the video! another tip for the oranges is if you're using the peel to eat or for zest, make sure that the oranges write unwaxed because the majority of citrus has a thin wax coating that you eat when you zest. (this goes for lemons too)

We live on a farm. We have pigs and compost. However, neither can/will use orange peel. I never have a ise beside some vintage cleaning spray. It never occurred to me you could candy them and eat them. My mind is blown. Thank you. I'm super excited.
