Hell no. I'll be thinking of going for whatever team he goes to, I'm sick of the no chemistry style of changing everyone every year. Became a Lakers fan when bron got here, and when Kobe played. So, im not a die hard fan obviously.

No,I’d be upset if they trade him any player but Reaves he’s earned his spot but that’s just it,it’s a business and yeah he’s not a lock down defender & his defense needs to be better but he’s 1 of our most trade able players because people want him and the contracts easy for opposing teams to take on in trades. I’m not so sure about D lo he’s been around already & he’s proven on the largest stage he’ll only show up about 30% of a 7 game series against the toughest defensive teams & he’s also perfectly satisfied & content with that even calls himself unathletic meaning tough defense must physically bother his game & you can’t win chips with guys like that besides that he sometimes missing wide open shots in the playoffs & he didn’t seem to bothered at all that he did. In other words hows he going to improve if he doesn’t believe he needs to?
No if they do add him to the list of blunders : Randall, KUZMA, Ingram, Clarkson, Zubac, Just stop with season long injured role players. woods, Reddish, Vanderbilt, and Vincent killed any playoff hopes.
Lakers need to stop making the mistakes. Get a good experience coach and they need to stop worrying on getting a 3rd star and instead focus on getting high quality role players

Definitely not, I agree. However, he’s much more valuable than some give him credit for. Very few players at his salary level produce similar production.
The only ways I see this team getting better. 1 D. Mitchell 2 everybody on this team work on their defence over the summer. 3rd Run it back with a healthy Vanderbilt. My ways to improve our team.
AR-15 is a valuable role player that’s proven himself countless times since being drafted, in clutch situations and in big time moments. He’s been steadily improving and progressing his stats. He can improve on the defensive end, but he’s still kinda fresh to the NBA, and can get better with time and development. If the Lakers trade him, I’d be utterly shocked and disappointed💯💯

@@millionaire313scott6 How you figure that? He's proven to be a primary or secondary ball handler and playmaker, although not at an elite level. And there's been numerous times when LBJ let him bring the ball upcourt bc he trusted him. Also, AR has shown he could be a fairly decent clutch performer during the regular season and postseason. Just look at last year's postseason and regular season, and the regular season before that.
He can’t improve on defense. On schemes yes but ultimately he’s a a straight liability on defense. He’s proved that with his pathetic defense on Murray in two series.
LBJ is the issue, the team moves the ball when he's on the bench. He takes the other players out of the game and they just ball watch. They should be making cuts without the ball, when they do that the team is great ie Boston game..
We was fine when we had Howard, McGee and AD as our bigs, we had a defensive pest in Dennis Shroder and Rondo was a experience Point

We lost in the first round JSM, so we CANNOT run it back with this team. A lot of guys have to go. I’m not saying go the 3rd star route but IF you can get D Mitchell, you do any and everything you can to get him.
Mitchell is on ADs timeline, and we have to think about life after Bron… I don’t think we have the assets to get Mitchell, but if there were a chance, you DO NOT pass on him.

The Lakers need to acquire some good on-ball defenders not just scorers!!! Dumb as a rock Hamm didn't give one of the team's best on-ball defenders Max Christie any playing time against Denver and he's a decent shooter, too. Reaves should not be considered untouchable if it means trading him to improve the team. The Suns are proof that the Big 3 concept doesn't work. Without bench depth and defense, the Lakers won't even sniff the Western Conference Finals let alone a championship next season! Pelinka is now on the clock. If chooses the wrong head coach and makes the wrong moves player-wise, HE'S OUT!!!

Trading Austin Reeves would be a big mistake. Was he terrible on defense this past year? Absolutely. But he was decent on D the year before. I want to know what happened that sparked his regression. Was it coaching? Fatigue? Motivation? We’ve traded or let guys walk before and have since had seller’s remorse (KCP, Caruso) so let’s not be hasty.

I wouldn’t trade Austin. Casuals look at the box score for the Nuggets series and see a terrible offensive performance. What doesn’t show is his amazing defensive outing versus Murray that arguably lead to them having leads and being in positions to win the games.
Keep Austin move him to the PG position, let DLo go and get a better and more consistent scorer for SG, then sign a sizeable big with some strength to help with Jokic
AR should be a Laker for life. If you get rid of him, you'll regret it. The amount of role-players they will have to package for a max contact guy will just turn into the Phoenix Suns.
AR also showed that he can be a good if not great defense in the Nuggets series. Every time he was in the ball handler, even if they were bigger, he was in their face. He was complimented many times by the announcers and on Laker Nation but i don't expect the casuals to care about anything but points.

I like our players too, but Dejounte is better than AR. He's been an all star and AR is not likely to ever reach that level. The big difference is athleticism. AR is on a great contract though so you have to be careful if you trade him away.

◾Donovan Mitchell is worth $34.8M. Better to get Jalen Suggs, also a legit ball handler, defensive player, with good ball passing ability, good shooting and most importantly, with only $7.3M.
◾Lakers needs big men, center position. Markkanen, Valanciunas, McGee, Zach Edey and Sabonis. If they get 2 from these, it's very good. if they get 3, that's perfect. With that, they can always have 2 big men on the court. Say, AD and Valanciunas. And Markkanen and McGee or Zach Edey.
◾Get bigger, athletic and defensive players from the free agency.
◾Trade Jaxson Hayes, Giles, Prince, Jalen Schufino, Hachimura

Austin Reaves was the best Player in the Playoffs for the Lakers. If Lebron would have passed to him for more Shots down the Stretch the Lakers would have Won the Series. But Lebron wants to be the Hero but ended up being a Zero.
