    Jamie reminds me of the turtle guy from Master of Disguise if he was repping 405 on both bench and high pulls. I've enjoyed seeing his jacked face and brain more active on this platform

    The visual aids on this show were a great addition. Jamie, always an interesting guy lol, usually agree with most of what he says, but vehemently disagree on a few things. Nevertheless I always feel like I learn something when he's on.

      @@carvedouttastone would you ever make a documentary type video in which you gloss over the bronze era too the silver era too the golden era and finally too the bubble guy era; maybe on what bodybuilding has gained and lost ( the art form and the aesthetics which has now shifted too the most amount of size)during the silver era I’d say it was health and fitness first whereas now it’s just a show of whose the biggest

    • @carvedouttastone
      @carvedouttastone  21 день назад +1

      @chandansimms9167 I wrote a big script about that but I realized it would be hard to turn it into an interesting video medium. I don't like doing slide shows of just pics - I prefer video, so I don't know if it would work in this case. It's already hard to keep this audience's attention with regular cuts and thousands of video clips in my vids. The drop off rate in the first 30 seconds for my vids is 75 per cent.

      @@carvedouttastone I will try again. Was a bit about The Great Gama from the book Hanuman Power A modern Guide to Ancient Strength Traditions. GG was a famous wrestler with a daily routine of 5000 bodyweight squats and 3000 indian pushups and whose diet was 10 litres of milk, 2kg of fruit,11/2 pounds mashed almond paste, 1/2litre of ghee and 11/2 litres of butter. A vegetarian version of chef rush. I got book off pdf reader and had foreward from person in city of Perth. Has pic of him(GG) in book and thought you might find it interesting. Sometimes my comments go missing when I put certain dates and words or sites in which I think might have happened. Book mentioned Stanislaus Zybysko and was written by ( I think) an Australian.
