I like to replace the "washer" shack-up with an aluminum bushings made to the same dimensions.
I use faster adjusters on our seat now.

How do you know how much to measure between the front of the seat to the front of the chassis?
Going to be a different measurement for chassis model, and on top of that it can be a different measurement for different years of the same model.

Wats the length u do from ur seat to the front of the frame ???
The Kart in the vid is a 2014 and was 63cm from the seat cheeks to the front frame. Our 2023 is 65cm.
Why you don’t cut plastic washers for the bottom of the seat ?Why you don’t have a flat bottom seat ?
It is a flat bottom. Where can I get plastic spacers that I can cut to size??
