You know I really like your content and vids. I’ve become a fan, BUT I have to admit you’ve got the coolest UK accent ever!!! Great review, picked up my 10K yesterday, can’t wait to hit it….
I played a G430 driver and metals last year. I struggled with them as they are draw biased. Even with the weight set to fade, I still struggled. I'm looking at getting into the ai Smoke Max in 9 degree. I still may try a 10k max in 9 degree.
Has I really enjoy your reviews because I can relate to your swing speed. Too many reviews are done by players swing speeds the average player can't achieve. Are you going to review the new PXG driver? When you're done reviewing all the drivers, it would be interesting if you took all them on the same day and did a head to head comparison.
Hannah I watched your video of the new Taylor made driver you hit that much further it looks like a much better flight and distance to than the ping can you do a review on the new Mizuno 24 irons cheers jj
There are timescales attached to everything and Ping and other manufacturers can do what they like but …. Think if I’d bought the 430 Max just three months ago, (at great expense) I’d be a bit peeved at an ‘even more stable’ head being issued so soon. Mizuno have done this too recently with their drivers and I just think they are taking consumers for granted.
@@hannahholdenNCGI’m not sure if all of these clubs were hit under the same conditions, but the Taylormade looks like it was 10-15 yds longer than the Callaway and 20-25 yards longer than the Ping. That’s just going by total yards. Spin, launch, ball speed, etc are a different part of the equation.
@@home4ya Ping 10K set at 7.5 is the best driver I've ever owned. Very long, very, very accurate and pretty forgiving but that's on me because I get so confident that I like to crank up the power. I'm a Titleist fanboy but I'm not even considering whatever Titleist is releasing this summer unless it's 11K or 12K. Ultimately, you just have to hit it. But I have to say, it's so much better than anything I see my biddies playing that I'm feeling a bit guilty and I might put 3W into play a bit more so they don't hate me.
if i had bought a Ping G430 MAX 6 months ago id be absolutely livid that Ping bring out a more forgiving driver. Titleist, TM, Callaway, Cobra all have consistent release schedules. this came out of the blue
I used a ping one here, hard to say what is best as it will vary person to person however the ping shaft has been designed to work with the club so is generally a pretty good option
After 5 or 6 months, I have to say that the Ping 10K is the driver to end all drivers for me. I was 27/28 drives the past two rounds and long. But it's not foolproof by any means. I actually find myself more focused, more disciplined, more meticulous in my setup and execution. Good luck.
This scenario played out when they introduced the G400Max 6 months after the original G400 driver. Will people remember the deceitfulness and anger they felt or will it sell. Don't get me wrong, I play Ping clubs. But even I see the elephant in the room. This is directly from Pings website under the G425 Max driver: "In the MAX, total MOI pushes a record 10,000, largely due to a 26-gram tungsten movable weight that shifts the CG lower and farther back and can be secured in the Neutral, Draw or Fade setting."
10,000 MOI. It is a measure of forgiveness. A club with more MOI has more resistance to twisting meaning if you hit the ball out of the toe or the heel the club will twist less and you will get better performance off that off centre strike.
If you’re half decent/sensible you get the one you hit best 😂😂😂😂 not everyone needs a low spin model, in fact generally only needed for higher swing speeds. I don’t spin the ball loads so don’t need low spin tech
I would love to be able to flight the ball off the driver as you can. Well done review, Hannah.
Thanks for a very honest review - as always. I think, we all appreciate that!
Always!
Hannah, kudos to you for doing the comparison to the G430 Max. Well done!
Thanks!
how is the feel of this driver? what's your favorite sound/feel of all the drivers? @@hannahholdenNCG

Great video Hannah. Be great see you have a match with gaz Beadle
Great review Hanna.just curious what do you launch, spin, carry and total look like with the std 9deg loft on the 10k driver?
And I thought I was the only one who struggled getting the Ping heads loose when making adjustments.
It’s madness 😂😂😂😂

Yes PXG video coming this week and head to head videos to follow soon!
I'm trading my 430 max for the 10k today. I like the way it sounds in this video. Sounds a little softer. I like a softer sounding driver.
Hannah I watched your video of the new Taylor made driver you hit that much further it looks like a much better flight and distance to than the ping can you do a review on the new Mizuno 24 irons cheers jj
Waiting for Mizuno irons to arrive!! TM and Ping were hit in different weather conditions so hard to do a straight comparison at this point

you mean like what they did in the G425 Max?? because that was 10k as well... fancy marketing lies... great vid as always hannah
Great review
Thanks!
Loving your content on all these new videos! Which driver do you think you'll end up with?
Thank you!! Currently doing head to head testing to try and decide!
If you haven't had a chance to hit it, the Ping Tour 2.0 Black shaft really surpried me@@hannahholdenNCG - the dispersion was so good!
Can you compare it the new callaway paradym ai smoke which suposed to be the new daddy for drivers.
Comparison video will be coming soon!

I have always liked Ping and Cobra, they make fairly forgiving Drivers and Woods.
Definitely!
Great review Hannah. Is it going in the bag?
Still to be decided! So many good products this year
Great review, any thoughts how 10k compares t my gamer G400max? Ball speed? Fairways?
G400 is slow has always been slow good driver but g410 plus is better g425 max better yet get the picture?
@@Michael.j130 in theory I get it, but when I tested 410/425 vs my 400max I kept my 400max....

I'm not sure it's more forgiving than the Max for everyone. It might be too low spin for some.
Ping shaft or aftermarket shaft ? what would you suggest ?

Proper review/comment 5 - 6 months.
What shaft were you using?
Ping Alta 55 stiff!
But is better than your PXG Hannah?
Head to head coming soon!
Does this model sound similar to the 425 ?
no more like the G430

Well done, H!
thanks!
Got some preorder emails this morning....£599 😂😂
I'm buying that 10k as soon as interest rates come down. 😊
What is it called?
Ping G430 Max 10k
What’s the 10k all these manufacturers are harping on about ?
10,000 MOI. It is a measure of forgiveness. A club with more MOI has more resistance to twisting meaning if you hit the ball out of the toe or the heel the club will twist less and you will get better performance off that off centre strike.
Forgiving measurement
Brilliant!
Hannah … what have you done …. Just when I have settled on trying the Callaway, Now it’s the Ping 🤦♂️🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂😂 it’s going to be a tough decision this year
Actually sounds a lot like my 400 max here
so is the callaway Ai smoke driver from last week out of date now? Is your taylormade review i watched an hour ago not relevent any more?
Of course not?
That sounds as noisy as the 425! 🤔
In person it's a different noise than the G425 - a bit higher pitched, but not as metallic. Definitely louder than the regular G430 Max mind you.
Is this in your bag yet?
👀👀👀 time will tell!
What shaft did you have in the 10K club?
Ping Alta CB 55 stiff!
So no difference whatsoever
