With the new underwood/Lehigh extreme defender ammo, .380 caliber is making a come back. Rightfully so. That ammo leaves similar wound channels as 9mm hollow points with efficient penetration. Thanks for the content!
Arguably the BEST 380 pocket gun!! And I have plenty to choose from including the G42 & walther ppk....one of the last "good quality " firearms without question that Sig Sauer "built" not this new plastic s**t 320..365 stuff they are mass producing out the door...one can still appreciate all metal frame firearms with no plastic frames...long live the REAL Sigs..P220..P226...P228..P229..245...239..230 & 232..238 & 938 & P210s Real Deal Sigs!
Thank you for the comparisons, I did not realize the P938 is slightly longer than the P238. As a gun collector, I also have these two models, Equinox P938 and Legion P238. Both are great looking guns and suitable for close combat situations. Additionally, I have the P365 Spectre Comp and 380 versions because they can accommodate optics for better accuracy. The latest in my collection is the Staccato CS with a Holosun 508T, DLC barrel, and flat trigger for extreme accuracy. Surprisingly, the CS magazines fit perfectly in the Sig Sauer P365XL magazine pouches. ✌
@TheArkansasGunGuy the Staccato CS is excellent, but costly. The Holosun 508T adds to the accuracy. In an event of a self-defense situation, I would be very confident with one or two shots, hopefully, no shots. On the other hand the Sig Spectre Comp became my home defense handgun because it is a bit lighter.
Another great video! Another gun to consider as well. One factor I strongly consider is how fun is it to shoot? The more fun, the more you’re likely to practice. I’m guessing the metal frame helps make it enjoyable to shoot
Man I would love a 938 but maybe not the Legion version, my wallet is a bit thin right now (I just got a P320 X-Ten) so maybe this summer, thanks for the comparison, 2 nice pistols!
I’ve got the 938 nightmare. It has a 6 round flush and 7 round extended magazine. Is the Legion slightly longer in the grip or did they change the magazine to get one more round in the flush fit?
I’m not sure on grip length. My guess is they are the same but have tweaked the magazines. I bet that Nightmare is a sharp gun!!! Thanks for watching my channel!!

Totally agree. Metal frames are my favorites!!! Yes I have lots of polymer but metal is what I prefer!!
thanks for watching by the way!!!!!
I like that you can rack the slide and chamber a round with the safety on.
Good call!

I have never even held a Stacatto. Bet that is a heck of a weapon!! Thank you for watching!
@TheArkansasGunGuy I gave up my Sig Sauer P365 Spectre Comp to the Staccato CS. I hope this is the last upgrade towards perfection.
wish the 938 was SA/DA.

both fun to shoot. the 938 is a little harder to clean - and i'm nuts about cleaning every time after shooting....
I got the p238 and loving it I carry it more then my p365
After owning a truck load of compact ccw guns, i realized all you need is the 938-238 combo.
Even owning the 365.
That’s excellent information!! Thanks for sharing and for watching!!

LOVE MY P938
Really great comparison! Thanks man! :)
Thank YOU for watching!!!!!
how reliable is it, compared to Glock?
There are ten and twelve round mags available for these handguns now
Where can you find them???

The Legion has a mag well which adds to the grip length.
Wish the 938 was a SA/DA.
I also prefer DA/SA vs cocked and locked - but the single action on the 938 is really really sweet. Appreciate you stopping by!!
My 238 legion holds 8 rounds.
These are just knock-offs of the basic Star Echeveria design
Sig would never knock off a Star
