Great videos! New subscriber here. I have a basket case 996 from the movie Biker Boyz, 1200 miles in the last 10 years, 12,000 total. Taken my time with a rebuild and your videos will be a so called Bible. Engine internals I wont do but most everything else I feel capable with your help. Thanks. So, do you rebuild forks too, I assume so but do not see any vids. I know there are others but seeing the Showa from this vid and newer Ohlins would be sweat. I’ve done two sets but that was 15ish year ago.

How do you keep a track of what is torqued and what is not? I thought of a dab of paint or something for us noobs :-/

Hi Andrew, having done so many I just torque to spec as I go along, if I don't tighten correctly I usually leave the bolt out so its obvious it still needs doing.
