My favourite Miles moment is when Jimmy asks him for his mascot and he brings out a photograph of Sean, calling it a family heirloom. Sean laughs so loud!
Definitely love it, but I think they're just great in general. When Miles says he won't spit on him when they have sex tonight, Jimmy laughed so hard. This was the best duo.
Sean lock stated he wouldn't spit on miles, and miles stated " good luck trying it without spit" and jimmy cried tears over sean so kindly offering to not spit on a guest during sex... you weren't even in the same county...
@@jmlaw8888 I'd say that's more sean being funny by taking the piss out of jedward, not sean making them funny but yeah I think it was micky that was cracking up at that bit too

"Ian" is comedian David Reed. He was on _Fast and Loose,_ an attempt in 2011 to bring improvisational comedy back to British television for the first time since _Whose Line Is It Anyway?_ left our screens in 1999. Oh, and _Fast and Loose_ was produced by the same people who brought you _Mock the Week..._ and _Whose Line._
I really think Miles and Sean should have had a skit show together. They worked together so well, I think they could have been on par with the two ronnies. They both had a chemistry between them that should have been extended beyond countdown............ 💔
It's a delicate balance, but I think its that Miles combination of stoicism and hilarity just meshes perfectly with Sean's insanity. They both sell each others jokes better than anyone else.
When Jimmy does his toothy smile, he looks *exactly* like a young Richard Nixon. Ironic, because Nixon said "I am not a crook", but as the Inland Revenue knows, that doesn't apply to Jimmy.

Miles has a go at Ian for mentioning tomato ketchup as an option to have with the beef, (which is not a condiment you would normally have with beef) but when Ian mentions Reggae Reggae Miles accepts, even though you wouldn't normally have Reggae Reggae with beef either.
Very hot sauce, think a jamacian guy invented it years ago , took it on Dragons Den and made a fortune , sells in all the supermarkets, red hot i think

Anytime sean gives a legitimate hearty laugh, you know it's a funny moment. That was one of my favs
@jonathanneal1319 one of the funniest moments on TV
Miles just got thru dealing with a brain tumor. He has a new stand up tour he's doing. I'm so happy he's doing well now. I wish him the best.
Has he, good to hear hes recovering,
I’m so pleased he’s doing well. My favourite comedian.
F*cking hell, that's crazy.
Wishing him well, he's hilarious!
he was sitting to close to sean!
just googled it, his kind of brain tumor is nothing to worry about! glad he is ok
The 'I don't know about you but I think I'm on the fence' line is incredible. Him and Sean were a wonderful double act.
Almost anybody and Sean was a brilliant double act. He was like salt. Made everything better. Even made others more funny.
Sadly even sean couldn't make jedward funny but god help him he tried
The word 'were' still hits hard. R.I.P Sean.
@@hyphymovement203Think again. His "on the moon" impression was a great laugh.

One of those guests who completely understands the assignment
He used the white space on the page like an absolute master.
Ian the Beefwaiter's delivery was just killer.
That's David Reed, an accomplished comedian and actor in his own right.
Jimmy: "How does it feel to have Miles on your team, Sean?"
Sean: "Oh, it's great. It's great to be back with one of life's winners."
(Miles laughs.)
I love these two. The sarcasm was so thick your wellies would get stuck.
Miles and Sean were fantastic together. They seemed like a couple of old friends who finally got to work together.
Miles always seemed like Sean's rich cousin visiting from the country
The sitcom we never knew we needed.
Excellent analogy.
Always a joy having Miles on with Sean

If Miles Jupp had been on the episode Joe Wilkinson read out that poem he'd have needed CPR afterwards.
Claudia Winkleman too.
Couldn't agree more😂😂😂
I've done Joe's poem in several public toilets. One person even knew what I was doing. Too fun.
@@bayoubilly5176 Strange place for a booking. You really should get a new agent.
I think the mostly likely to be one is David Mitchell
Miles Jupp would be amazing on Taskmaster. Perhaps in the next series.
Whatever that beef waiter was paid to appear on the show, he deserved more. He was brill
He doesn't need to get paid. He's learning a valuable skill.

My fave "Sean Bean" moment is with Rob Beckett... he turns it around on him so well. Or Ayoade's suggestion to "introduce a digit" I howled.

Considering he was just a passing gag, that "for garnish" line killed me.
The duo we never expected but the duo we fell in love for, Miles and Sean were the best partners.
The beef waiter was an amazing for such a simple bit, credit to the actor David Reed
yes
the beef waiter fella was incredible 😂😭
And the fact that he delivered it in the Northern accent, no matter it's his or they give it to him
"he rode it where he shouldn't have done" 😂
I love that he always felt like he was on the same level as Sean and there was mutual respect.
there was genuine fear in his eyes when he answered the "What are you drinking" question
6:42 I wasn’t expecting Ian to sound like that, but he couldn’t sound any different 😂😂😂😂
Love Miles Jupp he makes every one HAPPY.
8:50 "KETCHUP WITH BEEF??!" ..."I'll have Reggae Reggae." 🤣
😂
Lord Grantham in Downton Abbey, but Dickens style villain version.
Probably my favourite guest on this show.

Sean and Miles was, by far, the best duo.
The best of Miles Jupp is the fact he used to own a pink castle and paint houses
Without a doubt, 2 brilliant comedians. I so miss Sean Lock.
Love the guy who played Ian, well done
I remember when he was Archie the inventor from kids program balamory, I had no idea he was that funny until his panel show appearances
"Riding a donkey where he shouldnt have been" lol
I honestly think that no one else could do jimmys job
"I promise not to spit on you when we make love!"
Miss this epic duo! 😢
"Good luck with that"
"I'll be in THE RUUM" 😂😂
Oh Man, I miss Sean 😢❤
Am I the only one who thinks Miles is very cuddly?
That's not rare to think about, I guess mine is the weird one, because it also includes Josh Widdicombe...
Miles is just so funny & quick thinking in how he switches from himself to his “posh” persona
I am sure that they have extra footage somewhere of Miles and Sean, some outtakes.
Absolutely magical duo.
Ian should have been a regular cameo - he was great 😂
You know it’s brilliant when Sean loses it
And Lee is speechless
Miles Jupp and Sean Lock should not work as well as they do. They are such a good team that it seems that they have been a double act for 30 years
It's a delicate balance, but I think its that Miles combination of stoicism and hilarity just meshes perfectly with Sean's insanity. They both sell each others jokes better than anyone else.
That’s what makes it funny. Also Sean feels like he’s been a double act for 30 years with everyone. He even had good chemistry with James corden
Who's playing Bud Abbott?
Miles and Sean came across as real life friends. Dunno if they were, it's just the way is seems to me.
What? No spit? XD
Life goals: Having my own personal Beef Waiter.
😂
god i love miles. i would actually die for him, one of my top 5 fave comedians
Miles and sean......the gift that kept on giving ❤
Oh my that beef looks so good.
Absolutely hilarious! But where’s Claude?? 😂
The sudden concern on Miles’s face when Jimmy asks what he’s drinking. 😟
No "without a spit" ??. Tragedy!!

Fifty-three million, four hundred and sixty-two and a half other compilations, to be precise.

what happened to "good luck trying it without the spit"...
3:44 Naughty Miles and Sean at school.
Vic Reeves really doesn't enjoy not being in the spotlight 😕🙈
Noticed that before when he appeared , not like his partner bob mortimer,
The interactions are to cheer for!
KETCHUP WITH BEEF!!!
the reggae reggae made me laugh!
Ian definitely deserved more appearances
Good Luck trying it without the spit. 😛😛

Sean and Miles are an old married couple.

"people need to know it's the drink"
Ian the beef weighter sounds like Sean bean the bastard
As an Australian, and therefore ill-bred and unsophisticated, I'm not sure why ketchup is a no-no with beef. Please enlighten me.
Can someone please explain the Reggae Reggae joke to me?
