This. So much this. When Sean was killing it, the whole cast would just be losing it. It's so hard to even find someone comparable. Truly a loss for comedy still.
Sean Lock was, quite simply, priceless.
In the first clips, he doesn't look too good. Was he in treatment at that time? Man,, I miss him. Just priceless on panel shows. He nailed so many appearances on QI too. Now I'm bumming myself out. Carry on.

The originals of all his funny calendars, magazines, and books, but also commercially available copies for everybody. They would sell by the thousands, even millions. 3/4 for cancer research and 1/4 for his family.

@@blacklabelholsters1635 Dude, don't even get me started! Norm is without a doubt my favourite comedian ever, and when I discovered Sean's comedy I immediately thought of Norm's warm, cooky persona. They were without a doubt very special both of them.
The main difference between Sean Lock and most comedians:
Most come on and try and shoehorn snippets of their material, stuff they’ve written YEARS ago, into conversation as it’s proven to make others laugh…
Sean would just start making up new stuff, you could tell he didn’t know where he was going when he started a story, but fuck me, the journey was always fun 🤣🤣🤣

...being a grammar underlining nerd in comment-sections these days is me ...answering back at the world. When I correct grammar I don't feel like the retard I was branded / called 1. Yes I was, to my face 2. My brain is wired a bit differently, retard is a word it's okay for me to use, the R word is Our word.
When I correct the grammar of people really (REALLY) I am hurting no one.

I followed the instructions cats for a bitwhen I got a flat and Sean blew me away.
As a AnE nurse I knew and was gutted by his illness and I've been depressed since he passed
I'm an ex serviceman with PTSD and some days it's only Sean that can make me smile.
I see loads of repeats but there are times when he pops up with something I've never seen.

There are a lot of c**ts in the RUclips comments section Jay................but there are also a few decent folk. If you like Sean's kind of oddball comedy then check out the sitcom he made about 20 years ago called Twelve Stories High. And you may already be familiar with him but check out Norm McDonald too. He's another comic who passed away too soon, but there's plenty of his work here on RUclips.

Sean always reminded me of one of the blokes at work who was infinitely funnier than any comedian.
For me it I was going through a divorce and sleeping on a friend's couch when I discovered Sean. He and Jimmy and the guys really helped. Probably the only thing I laughed at for a year.
