You may want to take yours with you to your next appointment and check the readings against the one done by your nurse or doctor. Stay healthy over there!
the instructions that come with this thing re the fitting of the cuff are terrible. They just don't explain properly how to fit and adjust it. This vid showed me how, just by looking at it on the guy's arm. Even then he could have spent more time explaining exactly how to put it on, for example with the cuff already in the "rolled" position before sliding it up the arm before tightening it. I spent an hour trying to figure it out before I found this vid in desperation. I was just about to return the damned thing to Boots in sheer frustration
