Cuff position is incorrect. In the instructions it does clearly state that tubing should follow down centre of inner arm effectively pointing at your middle finger.
good video i could not read the instructions on mine even with my glasses on but could read them on here when you displayed them very helpful and a good idea thank you,
I am a nurse and the tubing should be at the front near the veins toward your middle finger - it shows you how on the cuff.
I just bought one I noticed the same issue the arrow faces down and where it says artery should be on the inside of your arm about 15mm above your elbow 👍👍👍
Fitting the arm cuff is not on camera sadly so can't see what he's doing.

The machine looks exactly the same as the Omron BP 5100, only the name is branded as Boots.
Might try reading the instructions, before attempting a review.

Cuff position is CRUCIAL. Always take LOWEST reading. This type of monitor seems to exaggerate wildly.
