Turns out the person flying the drone is actually also (one of ?) Japan's representative at international competitions like the world championships of drone flying. She does other camera work as well. Usually outside. Seems like they made a great choice.

Welcome to the Foxhole and BabyMetal journey, more accurate,.the new metalverse era.🦊🤘🔥
My suggestion to follow your journey is go back and listen songs from early era to compare and appreciate the evolution of this amazing group, trust me, you ain't see nothing yet.
BabyMetal is a Japanese metal dance unit created in 2010 under another Jpop/Jrock group called Sakura Gakuin, they had 11 and 12 years old when started this and become independent after 2013, they created their own genre called kawaii-metal (kawaii means cute) mixing Jpop with metal sound and different subgenres along with many more rhythms. Their name is a reference to a new genre and not related to their ages or "baby" faces, is a pun intended play words with "heavy-metal" which sounds similar to "baby-metal".
    They are:
    *SuMetal* lead vocalist, now 26.
*MoaMetal* scream and dance, now 24.
*YuiMetal* scream and dance, former member since 2018.
*MomoMetal* scream and dance, she's 20 and is the new official member since April 1st recently.
    None of them are related.
After 2018 you'll see backup dancers performing along with them but none of them are official members, they don't sing, only dance, but that status change recently like i said.
    About this song:
Monochrome is another beautiful track from latest album, it was the 2nd single released in November 2022 and there's an official lyrics video really cool if you wanna enjoy the studio album version, later in 2023 right before this concert you just saw they released the Piano Version at The First Take surprising everyone with another stunning and beautiful one off stripped down version, highly suggested.
The lyrics got some Norse mythology reference and when the lyrics vid came out there were many theories around, later they said they were surprised about it and saying they just wanna give a hopeful song.
    Here's some official info:
_"One of the discovered 10 parallel worlds is MONOCHROME and this 2nd pre-release digital single “Monochrome” centers around this theme. From the eyes of the children, what color were the monochrome fireworks lighting up in the night sky? This song expresses the hopeful wish on Ragnarok, which signifies doomsday in Norse mythology, twinkling across the starry skies in rainbow colors."_
This was live at BabyMetal Begins - PIA Arena MM Clear Night, Yokohama on April 2, MomoMetal first concert as an official member (she's the new official member after YuiMetal left the group in 2018), you can notice SuMetal speaking to them in the middle section and giving that recognition.
They got this magical moment when performing live in every setlist they did throughout this whole World Tour 2023, and we'll definitely gonna see more this year.
The composer behind this song is the same one behind Karate, Rondo Of Nightmare, Kagerou, the arrangement of Megitsune and also behind Believing from this same latest album, you should really not miss those songs. When performing live shows they got another different set of musicians called Kami Band, they're part of the BM lore, yep they got a lore, and they were sent to help the girls with the metal sound. At first they were only Japanese members but after 2019 they got a whole new set of westerners musicians we called them West Kami Band, but they're always 4 members playing two guitars, one bass and the drums, except for certain concerts in 2020 when playing with both bands on the stage.
I'm gonna try to left in my next comment where to get clips safe to react if YT allows me to do it. Meanwhile next suggestion:
    - Road Of Resistance live in Japan official MV
    - Megitsune official MV
Like SuMetal said at the end: "Just smile".🙂
Keep enjoying BM songs and see you next time 🦊🤘🌈

A really well done, well informed reaction. A lot of good thoughtful observations and comments. Thanks. One thing about the hardcore fans of Babymetal. We understand the copyright stuff. And visually it seemed like you did a pretty comprehensive job with that. For me and I know a lot of people familiar with this performance some of the most wonderful moments occur in the section you cut out. This was the concert where Momo was officially recognized as the new member of Babymetal. There is a delightful point where Su calls her over to physically stand with her and Moa. You can see the happiness that acknowledgement brings to Momo. Also when Su addresses the audience there is a wonderful joy and smile on her face. This band has faced many challenges and has worked their butts off for a long time. Seeing those little moments are part of what-to many of us make this performance so special. I'm not trying to complain here as much as explain that to the lovers of Babymetal it really is more than just the amazing attention to every detail of a show. It is the care we feel for Babymetal themselves. Just so you know. But otherwise a very nice job, really.

There is one last effect that is easy to miss. The screen is black and white right up until the break at the end then it turns to color with them and their iridescent costumes. Then there’s an awesome shot from the side where it has them on one side and the lights from the crowd on the other and they follow it up at the end with all the stage lights turning colored as well before going out. This whole performance is art at it's best.

Great song and performance. As in the comments below, this was the first concert where Momometal performed as an official member ... I think you cut the part where Su-metal asked the crowd to turn on their lights and then called Moametal and, for the very first time by name, Momometal over to her. That was a shame as it was a very special moment both for her and for the fans.
The Kami Band set up was Chris Kelly (guitar) and Clint Tustin (bass) stage right, Anthony Barone (drums) and CJ Masciantonio (guitar) stage left.
I'm sure we all appreciate your thoughts and observations, that is the whole point of you making reaction videos of course ... for me it would have made for a better experience if you had saved them up for a few more seconds and maybe consolidated them into fewer stop.

I did a quick check and there were about 20 stops. With the lead up cut plus the bit where Su calls Moa and Momo over by name that's just over 5 minutes of actual footage and a stop every 15 seconds.

Nice! Great reaction. This is a beautiful performance of a newer song by Babymetal in Apr 2023. Momoko, who supported Babymetal since 3rd member Yui’s departure finally became official 3rd the day before.
Also, for the Kami Band, guitar/bass on left, and drums/guitar on right.
I suggest checking out Road of Resistance (Official, Live). This is the most epic version, and you’ll get to see younger Babymetal at their best (Jan 2015) for an insanely epic show closing anthem in front of ~20K sold out crowd!
Look forward to more Babymetal! 🤘🦊

Great reaction but you may be better avoiding "official" videos which usually cut out some wonderful leadins/intros. But honestly - you mention crowd interaction and promptly cut out one of the nicest parts of it. (maybe not your fault but it was pretty much when they accepted a "new" band member after 5 years)

    Good reaction
I generally agree with each of your detailed comments, but you stop so often that I wonder if you understand the overall flow and structure of the song. It would be even better if you would look at the flow of the song and comment on it to some extent, rather than just commenting on it as soon as you think of it.

The arrangement of the band is from left to right: guitar, bass, drums, guitar, with two on each side of Babymetal.

I'm not sure how many BabyMetal songs you hae done, but if you didnt know, this is Momo's first concert as on official member of BabyMetal. And when Su asked everyone to turn on thier lights, I have to agree with her, "AWESOME"

I've commented above that it really was a shame that he chose to just clip that part. He obviously loves music. I'm figuring he'll learn.
