BMTH and BABYMETAL have been good friends since about 2015 when they first met in the UK and Oli Sykes from BMTH took it upon himself to make sure the girls felt welcomed and comfortable in the very much male dominated surroundings. They had often spoken about wanting to collaborate and in 2019 BABYMETAL invited BMTH to tour with them in Japan - BMTH opened at 4 of their big arena shows. In 2020 BMTH recorded this song for their EP/album. BABYMETAL originally sent their contributions entirely in English, Oli asked them to include some Japanese - which they did of course. BMTH arranged 4 NEX_FEST events in Japan around the start of November last year with several bands playing - and of course BABYMETAL were high up on the bill, so they played their own set and came back out specially at all 4 events to join BMTH during their set for this song. You could see they were all having great fun performing together.

Babymetal actually wrote the whole thing in English and when the showed it to BMTH they asked where the Japanese was. They really wanted it to be unique and fit with Babymetal, they have actually been friends for a while and were one of Moa's favorite bands before they ever met. Also Su actually speaks really good English and moa is pretty good too.
I love everything about this performance... the girls looking so happy, the epic choreography, the amazing vocals, there's so many things that I just adore 😭 I'm not usually a fan of metal because of all the screaming, but Babymetal has opened the door to a lot of songs for me. There's a clip at the end of one of these performances where Su says "finally my dream has come true" 🥺 Thank you for another fun reaction :)

BMTH are doing fine thanks - saw them live 2 months ago as part of their recent UK Tour - their set is EPIC . This track was recorded around 3 years ago and this performance TOWARDS the end of last year was the first opportunity the two bands had been in the same place at the same time and were able to perform it live ( it was streamed on TikTok ) The bands have been good friends since Oli took Babymetal under his wing when they were very young and performing ( I think ) at Download in the UK in 2016 and BMTH opened for Babymetal during their 2019 Arena Tour

Cool to see you're back with this amazing collab. This was the best 2020 collab between this two great bands and we finally got this collab on the stage together after so much time waiting for it. BMTH performed at Southside Festival in Germany and Hellfest Festival, there's a nice proshot version but with only BabyMetal backing track vocals, luckily now we got this amazing clip showing them sharing the same stage at Makuhari Messe during a festival called "NEX_FEST" ending October and starting November last year, and they did it not only once but four times in a row, everyone went bonkers with these, you can also find fancams of each night showing some different interactions at the end between Oli and the girls, SuMetal thanked to BMTH in all of them, that's the only thing i can complain about this clip but it's cool anyway. BMTH couldn't have better collab on their latest album Post Human Survival Horror, there are some others really good songs there thou but this one is just on another level. My suggestions are: "Parasite Eve" and "Teardrops", also "Ludens" from Death Stranding OST videogame. This song was produced by Mick Gordon, the same behind videogames like Doom, Wolfenstein and Prey, so you can feel the vibes here. They're friends since 2015 when met each other at Kerrang Awards so the collab was almost naturally unavoidable. They even performed as a support band for BabyMetal and Oli praise the Fox God too (atheist, dame, zettai)🦊🤘 The drum&bass instrumental intro on this song is called "Itch For The Cure" which is clearly a tribute to Linkin Park song "Cure For The Itch", but the short animation and dialogue wasn't part of the album track, it's a reference to Metal Gear Solid videogame created by Hideo Kojima, they got another MGS tribute song called "Shadow Moses" and later in 2019 they were part of Death Stranding OST, another Hideo Kojima game. Also you can find a short documentary about the making of this song where Oli said interesting things about the method they worked with the BM team and giving multiple choice of doing this. Well it might be the best Corona Collab. Oli got simply the right idea to put their to voices as Counter-Points. Hmm, I think I know what Moa changed in Su Chore. Su simply had to start ständig. She must not move with Moa and Momo.
I would say the Kami Band is more a sign of the past. They are to famous in their own rights and Babymetal doesn't have the luxury to wait for their Band. I think in most cases they will be replaced by the Westetn Kamis. They aren't weaker and their contracts were written eith these problems in mind. And they have less problems with the newer traditions since sone of them were introduced by them. They don't complain about their masks. I think they would have issues with the paint that the old Band used. And the pattetns are extremly important for Babymetal.After the opining group is finished they start to Layout their own ground that has all the Martinus in place. And this really takes one of their Crew most of the time. And he had to make surevthat everything was flat and fixed.
