    How to shoot stars in RAW without all of the noise in iPhone 14 (since only the pro gives you Integrated RAW)

    • @ReeflexCamera
      @ReeflexCamera  Год назад

      Hi Rafael, with ReeXpose you can shoot in Bayer RAW on all iPhones running on the latest iOS system.
      Secondly, if you’re looking to shoot star trails , then have a look at this video: ruclips.net/video/GOrebe5MUfw/видео.html
      I’d you’d have further questions please check out ReeXpose’s FAQ section: reeflexstore.com/pages/faq-reexpose

      Turn you ISO down. I saw this same issue on another channel today.

      @@andylimb thanks for the answer.
      Indeed, as written in our FAQ, users can at times experience a so called "magenta cast" effect on the output photos, meaning the photos can have a layer of purple-ish hue / magenta color affecting the image.
      This is driven by the physical/technical limitations of the iPhone’s sensor in low-light and can be mitigated adjusting ISO and SS.
      Usually this "magenta cast" effect can be avoided by significantly under-exposing the image when shooting, so to then be able to retrieve the details out of the image when editing in applications like Lightroom, Darkroom, etc.

      Can’t get my iPhone 14 to take the 48mp raw images on main camera, any ideas what settings are needed guys ?

    • @ReeflexCamera
      @ReeflexCamera  Год назад

      @@criddyla696 Hi Criddy, It is currently NOT possible to shoot photos in 48MP with the industry Bayer RAW format (the classic RAW format).
      Our app ReeXpose produces DNG files in the standard Bayer RAW format (CFA, Color Filter Array).
      Since the iPhone 14 Pro/ProMax have a quad-bayer sensor, even they they have 48MP, they can only produce 12MP RAW files (4 pixels are grouped in a single color in the Bayer pattern). That means our apps, together with the native iPhone camera app and all other 3rd party camera apps at the moment cannot shoot photos in RAW format at 48MP.
      For the time being both our apps - ReeXpose and Reeflex Pro Camera - can shoot only in 12MP for long exposure photography but we are working on some new solutions for the future.

      I had the same problem. Had to take it out in post-editing. Really weird

    Why when I try to take a light trail with a shutter speed of one second or less, the light trail is broken like a dash line? I have tried many times and the result is the same~ But I don’t have this problem when I use the ReeFlex App produced by your same factory, which makes me regret buying this ReeXpose app~

      @@ReeflexCamera I hope you can understand what I mean~ In fact, the light trails of the night scene I tried to shoot were a large gap in the middle of each light trail, like a broken light trails and then continued keep on exposure, It's not the faintly visible small dotted lines hidden in each light trail. Is this the bug inside the app caused the film rate dropped when I'm turn on the "Preview Mode" while taking picture?
      PS: I had been to went to your F&Q web site to see the similar question, but it's not the problem what I'm asking for, pls help~
