You probably should have slapped a battery in it and tested it, before you ended this video. I have sent off several products for warranty claims (not Milwaukee) that came back unfixed, or broken in different ways.

No receipt is needed. Just enter the serial number and it should go off that.

on the website where you would normally enter the serial number. There should be a box to check that says, serial number wore or something to that wording

MD PlayZ when you buy new it comes with a card to register. You don’t have to register as the serial number tells the year it was made. Tools come with 5 yr and batteries a 3 yr warranty
