You did a great job on covering each setting. Sometimes it can be a little intimidating the first time out. One of the best informative videos. Thank you.
Very perfect detailed informative video. Before this I watched 5 videos just about Ninja 1001 and allllll wasted my time. Only this video has exact details what a man would like to know before decide to buy. Very specific details. I am impressed. Keep it up. P.s. i prefer "my time" meal ready, just coz working life. So I am choosing CrockPot "my time". I have ninja air fryer but none of ninja cooker/pot has TIME as choosing specific time when meal should be ready. Everything is perfect in this 1001 ninja BUT BUT BUT time set up is not there so..useless for 9 to 5 workers.
Also the model number at Sams has an A at the end and I can’t find info as to how they differ…I really want the Instant Pot Dutch Oven but that’s over $200… no one has compared the two! I may get this at Sams for the great price
👍👍👍👍 Thank you for being so informative and sharing the details. I do have one question though… What is the interior size of the ceramic pot I am in steaming and or baking my holiday flan, and flans are in an oval dish. What is the maximum minutes for the steam function as well as the bake function?
And I came here to learn about proofing and was told "I am not going to cover how to proof dough in this video. Ok! That's it!" That was the last "section" of an almost 9 minute video.
I'm trying to decide between this or the Ninja Foodi pressure cooker. I like the big rectangular removable pot on this and the spot for the utensil. Mostly I need something to make chicken bone broth and various soups. Do you know if this could replace a roaster, for a whole turkey?
I wish one of these videos would say HOW to set time on the Keep Warm function. Instructions say that you can reheat and keep warm by using turning the dial to sekect keep warm and use the +/- Time arrows to adjust keep-warm ime in 1-minute incrememts up to 1 hours or 5 mnute increments up to 6 hours. Mine will only do 1-minute increments and it automatically counts up.
I figured it out. Turn the knob and select warm. Press the start button. The timer will count up in 1-minute increments for 1 hour. After that, the time will count up every five minutes until it reaches 6 hours. There are no settings to be adjusted. The printed and online pdf instructions are not correct. I found on the website FAQs that there are no settings for keep warm.
Thank you, sir, for such clear and concise instructions and information regarding this particular model! My Twin gave me this as a a Christmas present to help make my life easier since cooking is now a challenge for me. As someone who is disabled and has a hard time now thanks to Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), I was able to follow along AND UNDERSTAND what you were saying, hence my subscription to your channel. Unlike other videos, your voice is clear, even, but not monotonous sounding, and pleasant! 2 👍👍⬆️! ❤ Keep up the great work and sign me, impressed, and a new subscriber! God bless!🙏🏻
That is what I’m trying to figure out, got it for the sole purpose of cooking rice and can’t find any information on that. Did you figure out how to cook rice in yours?
This has got alot going for it -- BUT the absence of a delayed start and automatic shift to Keep Warm after cooking makes it useless for someone who uses a slow cooker when I head out to work in the morning. Very disappointing, and I'm surprised that these essential options aren't included.
Thanks! I just got one of these and now I know how to use it! 😁

Can I order the laminated chart board? We lost ours.
What about cooking rice?
This device is on sale at Sam's Club for $89.99, starting yesterday. How long is the initial warranty??

I wish a Steam rack came with it
It comes with the version sold in sams and costco
Bought one from Costco yesterday and there’s a rack in there
it came with mine
A steam rack came in mine as well
And I came here to learn about proofing and was told "I am not going to cover how to proof dough in this video. Ok! That's it!" That was the last "section" of an almost 9 minute video.
Can you make rice on it?
I need an answer too
@@bebeli-j8e Yes you can, I bought and I have done it a few times
In what function you can make rice? Steam or which one?
@@Hyunlix.edits1 On bake at the lower temp, that's how I make it

Im sure you could cook a turkey on the BAKE setting as in the oven.
I made a small turkey in it. You can also cook two chickens

The steam rack should come with it if it's got a steaming cooking setting but it does not you have to buy it separate that's a bummer
Mine came with a rack inside
I must be thick. I won’t know the temp is as its slow cook. The crock pot I had did that fir me.

Have most expensive more digital purchased past year. AWESOME!
I am mystified that Ninja designed this without heat resistant pot handles and the lid handle.
it does not mentioned if this ninja cooker may cook/do - steam rice, a little help here, or I will be forced to return this item
That is what I’m trying to figure out, got it for the sole purpose of cooking rice and can’t find any information on that. Did you figure out how to cook rice in yours?
Can you roast a whole chicken in this?
Yes , I just roasted two 6 lb chickens in it
😮

It does switch to keep warm after the timer finishes .
It is too complicate to use!
