2:17 That entire outer area with the ledges is traversable. Particularly useful for spy if you're trying to get behind an engineer who has a sentry nest set up in the room with the large ammo pack.
There's a spot very similar to 19, but on the opposite side of the building. You can get up there as RED or BLU demo, though I find it slightly more useful as BLU demo since there's a very specific spot you can shoot through the building to the final capture point and it's useful for getting RED snipers or anyone else defending there. And on Barnblitz, there's spot which lets you use the same strategy as #34 where you can sentry jump on top of an invisible wall or the roof ledge, pick up your sentry with the rescue ranger, and wait until BLU captures second point to drop down and set up your sentry by their spawn. Nobody ever really sees you here, the only times I was ever "caught" were when a BLU decided to go battle engie and placed a mini-sentry on the cliff.
Basically, the spots aren't a glitch but their spots you aren't meant to be able to get too. Spots not originally made to be used by players so technically glitch spots.
I quite like to see a secret spots for 2Fort although, there's a spot on 2Fort that I like to hide that people don't look when I'm carrying their intelligence and people will start looking there when Delfy uploads a video of it so...
I watched a couple of his videos is like 2017 and stopped playing tf2 til around late 2018 because I got scammed bad. And I started watching Delfy around a few months ago and just realized that this is the same guy I watched years ago when he used a robot voice
