Windows 10 recommends 2GB RAM / 20GB Disk for the 64-bit architecture. The 1GB / 16GB setup is for the 32-bit version. You should have installed the 32-bit version instead.

That's a gibibyte not a gigabyte, But windows uses gibibytes and abbreviates them as GB instead of GiB so I guess you're right
Windows takes gigabyte as 1024 and it's actually 1000
1024 mb is 1 gib. 1000 mb is 1 gb.

Disk usage means the system is using so much of it but not in storage (read and write stuff like that takes long which occures it.)

Do you have a hard drive or an ssd?
It makes a difference.
If you want to install an ssd if you don't have one, then make sure to backup your data.
4gb is still pretty slow (especially playing video games.) You need atleast 8gb to have a decent experience, the more the better.
I don't recommend using the minimum requirements for any OS. It will make a slow edition.

I installed windows 10 on my hp pavilion because it had 4gb of ram and a 2ghz cpu. What no one told me was that windows would run like hell on a 1 core cpu. It ran just like it did in the video
to tell the truth windows 7 and windows xp are better than windows 10.
@BHARATH YT 8.1 takes actually less RAM than 7 while XP... I remember it kept getting destroyed while I was playing "Heroes of Might and Magic 3: In the Wake of Gods" on it. Windows 7 and later was fine with it that game tho.

It can but not sufficiently and efficiently. For the best experience, must have 8gb of ram and a 3ghz processor. Windows 10 sucks but attractive that makes everyone wants to try it. Its first version is very snappy but every updates makes the low end device begging for a life.

i ran it with 2gb ram and intel core i3, i did regret it. i had to ask for a disk from my neighbor and downgraded back to 7 cause my pc struggled to run with a browser and some error happened that trashed the win10 lol.

Can every windows run on minimum requirments?
Oh no no no no... use VMware Player or just anything but VirtualBox... VirtialBox is the slowest possible hypervisor especially on Windows. Even when half the RAM of the vm is not used it will still run slow if it's Windows 10 or later, no matter how debloated it is.

Actually two gigs is the minimum system requirements for Windows 10 did you make it an enjoyable experience the least usable you're going to want about 6 gigas of ram in 64-bit version and getting SSD even if it's a small one because it will make a world of difference plus flash drives are not meant to be used such as just running operating system on them all the time because unlock ssds happened to have cash memory on board most flash drives don't and because of that it makes ssds a lot faster

(VirtualBox does not support TPM so Windows 11 will not officially support VirtualBox so use VMware because that one supports Machine Encryption and TPM)
