This is an amazing view. I grew up in San Francisco and it is cool to see the Bay Bridge and the Golden Gate bridge from high up and it looks like how you would see it on a map

Being from San Francisco myself, it's so interesting to see just how far these commercial jets have to fly around the entire Bay Area just to line up for their approach landing into SFO.
Especially the flights that are coming down to San Francisco from the North (Seattle/Portland), as opposed to those coming from up from the South (Los Angeles/San Diego).

This is one of the best "airplane" videos I have seen and one I would have liked to have shot! How lucky you were to have that flight path going East over San Francisco and the East Bay then West and North for landing. Great views! Nice, smooth, great video!

Awesome video! Flew to San Francisco in 2014 landed here and the day before my flight back to Michigan my uncle and I were in a restaurant overlooking the landing strip. Totally awesome!

I just use the iPhone 7, no mounts which makes it hard for some landings and take offs but allows freedom to move the camera as needed and swap around for shots backwards.

Family Travel Fun ah so basically the same setup as me but different phone. Ok, I guess I know now that it is possible to make better videos than I do now.
