Hello, I want to buy one, but...To fill the dummy, is it better to fill it with clothing or polyester? May be with clothes IS better, IS more consistent?

Hello, I have doubts about the material so I hope you can guide me, come on, I've thought about buying one like the one in the video but from what I see it's made of canvas, my question is if this material absorbs sweat? And if so, it would be a problem since over time it could fill with that sweat and bacteria and could cause an infection.
