Lay off of the negative comments as well as the stupid questions… this young man has proven himself many times over ……. I would love to have him as a neighbor here in California instead of these loud unintelligent fools we have around here. Keep rocking Simon “ You done good”!
It's almost like people's skills shouldn't be constrained to their age range and instead on a person by person basis! I know plenty of Gen X-ers who are worse fabricators than Gen Z and Millenials.
I see a little bit of the motor on the top of it I didn't see if the distributor was in the front or the back he didn't put a Chevy motor in that anybody know what motor is in that thing all respect I wouldn't doubt it 😉 the guys just good knowledge
Nearly every lesson I learned was by making a mistake. Luckily, as I said, they were Learning Experiences. I'm glad you leave these bits of uh-oh's in your videos Simon. Keep up the interesting format and I'll keep watching! Stay warm!
Absolutely love watching a mechanical savant at work. All the times I stood in a freezing cold garage, just staring under the hood. How do you push through it?
You are a old school soul in a young mans body, awesome work and skill. just like a old school hot rodder use what you have and make it work..I am super stoked I found your channel.
Most relatable car youtuber, keeping the cuts of repeatedly dropping the same thing makes me feel right at home(garage). I can feel the frustration with you lol
Totally tubular , I love that there is no music 🎵 , but I watch your work and can't help but hear The A-Team music when they modify and prepare for attack, especially when I see welding it's a flash back from the 80s
So cool. Wish I had that knowledge, skill and patience. Must be such a good feeling to know you can own pretty much whatever you want, make it reliable and keep it going no matter what.
Nice to see how thoroughly you do your things! Taking care of both yourself and the vehicles. (Except welding and grinding besides battery) Bless your good work and cool videos. Greetings from an old Norwegian car mechanical working on Fords and Volvos since late 70's
Consider buing a flapdisk for your grinder. You can easely grind down the weldings untill they are smooth. Multiple grades. Keep up the great work nice car and the engine choice is the one you made wisely. I like it keep the oldies on the road. Here in the netherlands nothing is affordeble so be blessed... 🎉🎉🎉😊😊😊
Nice work I’m jealous!! How about a battery relo!! Love the channel I’m learning allot. My g/f likes it to. She asks questions and i pretend to know what i’m talking about..🤫
OK I see people saying that you have an ls engine in your white ford galaxie or Fairlane I believe it's the Ford Godzilla they look similar with the coil wires set up and how the oil filter is
Seems like a vehicle always feels a little warmer when you know it’s good to go for the winter. Nothing worse then laying in a snow bank just trying to get the damn thing going again.
Lose the claw hammer and take a mig welding class at the local trade school. You'll thank yourself in the end. Great videos BTW! Your flow seems very professional! You only linger on one subject long enough to convey the idea and then on to the next salient point! Very professional! Subscribed.
Living in the rust belt makes it tough for us vehicle lovers to keep them from rotting away before our eyes! I live in Chicago area and have 4Runner so I'm familiar with rust issues.
Your channel is addictive. The skills and patience in each work you do, are incredible. How do you know so much about cars?
Congratulations
The low buck upgrade performance well though of art of attack at is best love the Ford 66 right

@@fishypictures He’s skills and ingenuity is absolutely amazing!
Freedom of speech ! Layoff the commands!!
@elainerussell924 You’re comment is a command as well, dummy. Way to prove yourself one of the loud and stupid.
@elainerussell924 layoff the commands, but freedom of speech, yeah? SMH.
And yeah people, remember the golden rule?
@marktillotson825 u tube is open to all kinds of comments get with it !
I like the wheels and those poverty caps. They have a shoulder that has a unique esthetic.
But they are useless really, all wheel covers are, they don’t hold the wheels on so……just like a bumper sticker oh well
@bradzimmerman3171 my dad has poverty caps on his 78 motorhome they even have fake chrome 😂
This guy fabricates like a gen xer, nothing works better than the stuff you make. You should be so proud.

when you change the oil filter, you can pierce it and drain the oil and then unscrew it
Yup,… I pop a hole with the point of my chipping hammer and go have a cup of coffee.
Brilliant video man!
Thank you!
I think it's pretty cool that this is your daily driver!! Great video!
Thanks!
I like the brace/ pan shroud/ jack point. Well-done my friend.

Awesome filming and editing. Love that you don't edit out mistakes. Much more captivating without commentary. 10/10 thanks
Simon, you are doing great, but you should not weld galvanized steel without proper ventilation or proper respirator. The zinc is toxic. Good luck!

What is the rear suspension and rear end on this car. It looks very interesting with a panhard rod. Thank you
I recommend you use steel lines, fitting, and a tubing bender on all the bends.
Exceptional!
Very good
Bom demais cara.
Do it to it simon
Why the chain oil over Fluid Film or Wool Wax? I like that they offer the black variant for undercarriages
Curious on how you learned so much about cars. Was it a combination of school and self taught? Love your content.
Semangat mr senang melihat vidio anda
Great video bro, but just out of curiousity , is that 3 fuel filters attached to each other in a row?
The center one he wrapped is a pump the other two look like pre and post filters, I could be wrong but that’s what it appears to be
What do you spray under cars? What does it do?
Hey man, is your welder 220 or 110? Love your channel!!! Very inspiring!
Love the car sweet🎉
It's looking good. Quick question, what do you use to record?
What Tach is that on the dash?
4.0 in shop I am guessing
What’s he doing? What’s the thin piping?
Fuel feed and return lines
The dogs want to know if the BMW and the Ford are OK.
Hello, which car do you like more? Pickup or sedan?
So what's with that push bar in the front what is the significance of that?
Pit manouevres
Living in the rust belt makes it tough for us vehicle lovers to keep them from rotting away before our eyes! I live in Chicago area and have 4Runner so I'm familiar with rust issues.
I don't get it. Is this 3 fuel filters in a row/ in line?
Probably not. The middle roller's probably an electric feed pump. Simon installed a wire to it.
I was curious why you went from the 66 to the 65 Ford?
Rust issues
@@SimonFordman Thanks
In time all clothes become work clothes. Even the Uggs.
She do 180 MPH?
😎👍
Nice car! Is it a galaxy?
What engine is this?
