Today we're going to be taking a look at all the Primary S.P.E.C.I.A.L Stats in Fallout 4 and reviewing why they're important when creating your new character in Fallout 4. While I can't tell you what Stats to pick since everyone has a different idea of how to tackle the wasteland; what I can tell you is what each stat does and a few important perks which may make your decision easier. Not on PC it is, in fact it's even worse.
It's unplayable on xbox one, crashes constantly no matter what, vanilla, patches downloaded, mods, doesnt matter.

I’m back playing it and I did the special book glitch and maxed it out lmao
@ejsalway Lmao! I did the same thing since it still works lol. The character I used in the video I pushed intel to 11 because I wanted to record the glitch where you drink the beer to -1 intel then read the book and let the effects wear off. @nobodynothing282 Thanks for this comment brother, I appreciate the detail and the math you put in and I’ll give your build a shot this weekend. Saw your other comment as well and the game does get pretty grindy like previous fallouts (that’s why I typically exploit XP and stats as well). I normally just run to vault 81 pick up Spray and Pray from cricket and Overseers Guardian after duping some gold from bunker for fast cash, as well as Justice from Covenant, and Reba II from Salem (since it doesn’t take all too long). Can 100% roll with any gun though. Thanks again for this comment, it’s awesome. Have fun in the 60fps wasteland and Good Hunting out there!
Is it a different kind of action point agility earns than endurance?
Endurance doesn't grant AP, it just reduced sprinting AP cost

Question. I have -6 perception but I'm not suffering anything. Does anyone know how to get rid of this or is this a bug?
@imromance88 Did you use Med-X while you were poisoned?
@@mid40sgamer I think I used it when I was in a fight with a deathclaw. Normally it don't take this long to ware off lol ive done a bunch of other stuff in the meantime.
@imromance88 Sometimes a bug does occur when using Med-x when you are poisoned since it has the Fortify Poison Resist; so when you use it while currently poisoned Radscorpion or other poisonous thing, when the Med-x wears off it permanently lowers your perception. The only way I know to fix it is to loot a piece of “Poisoner’s Legendary Armor” get poisoned by a rad scorpion, open your inventory and remove the armor before poison expires (lasts 6 seconds). Then re-equip it and rinse and repeat until you have all your lost perception back. It’s annoying but it works (the most annoying part being farming poisoner’s armor). Sorry I don’t have a better answer for you.
