I just got my Star Seller badge after about 6 months. It took me a lot of hard work especially since I have a job outside of Etsy that I work 10-12 hrs a day for. I still think that this is a comparable feeling to when I got my first sale on Etsy
Thank you for this video! 10-20 listings a day for a new one is huge! In 2 months from start, I had only 1 sale :( with Ads. I think it's harder than I thaught.
Christina , I have over 400 listings in my shop and have been in business 4.5 months . I do not see how it’s possibly to create quality designs at a rate of 10-20 per day . I just finished a new listing and between research , design , video , mock ups , SEO, I don’t see how you could do more than 10 a day working 10 hours strait . Yes I’m old and slow but if you paying attention to details and trying to do great quality design it just seems a bit much . Sometimes just research and design take hours just for one good original design.
I’ve had the same issue - there’s no WAY I could do 10-20 designs per day including everything. I could physically design them, but definitely not research, do SEO, design, make mockups, create listings all in the same day unless I were working all day…and this is supposed to be my side hustle! 😅 So I’d be very interested to see what the workflow is to be more efficient if that’s the reason why I can’t get them out faster…
Hi Amy , I do it all day and it’s still not realistic for me . I would love to see someone demonstrate. I did not even get into upgrading listings that are expiring as we learn new things . Now that I’m over 400 listings I could spend a whole day just making videos for listings that are expiring every day .
It is possible. You don't have to do all of the research and design each day. You can batch the research and design. Use design patterns so that 1 phrase becomes at least 5 different designs. Then you only need to upload 10 designs each day even if you only create them over a week every couple of months.

You can use 1 SEO for 20-30 designs (1 Niche). For example, if you're planning to create designs for the niche history teacher, research 1 SEO then create 20-30 designs. Create a listing, publish, duplicate it & replace the mockups with the new design. Repeat it 10x. For me, I can create 5 quality designs in 4 hrs. I can do more but I'm creating family shirts. So for every design I will create 14 variations for every family member (that's a total of 70 designs in a day). & list all of them maybe for 2hrs. If you're doing single shirts you can easily do 10+ designs & list all of them in 4 hrs.

Thank you. I've been selling since Sept 1, 2022 and I had 13 sales by Christmas. After Christmas it all stopped! I see other sellers still making $$ but everything has stopped for me. I have redone Titles, Tags, Descriptions, and images for them and have my fingers crossed that it starts to pick up.
You got this! The 1st quarter is slow compared to the Christmas season. But its the perfect time for to create as many listings as possible ☺

its illegal to ask for a 5 star review and to offer them incentive to do so, but you can remind them once for an honest review

It seems to have just affected some USA sellers. I got my payments this week and didnt get that email. Some USA sellers though may see a payment delay until they switch payment providers which unfortunatly we dont know how long thatll be. could be a few days or more

It actually depends. If you're just starting out, you can have different unsaturated niches first to test which one works for your shop. If you have a design that's selling, you should slowly build your shops brand around that design's niche.

I learned that if you purchase from an Etsy seller and they message you, you should message back. That impacted my store unfortunately 😕 . I could be a start seller by now 😭😭😭

I’m curious how much listing you do a day? I just started a month ago 80 listing so far and I can’t even do 5 a day. With designing, creating mock ups, to printing and then Etsy oh and finding the right keywords and tags seems so overwhelming. What is your process? Im not sure if you already made a video on this.
I have my video on how to get 10 designs up quick and then my most recent short is how I find my titles and tags quickly :)
