- Merry Christmas Eve, everyone! Today, we continue our swimming adventures around the lands of Kalimdor! This is probably the most wild episode of Azeroth's Deep Dives yet, so stay tuned for more! :)

**Important Corrections:**
1.) The "cartilage" remains I referenced are actually made of chitin forming the carapace of the makrura... mixed up my bio terms there!
2.) The skeleton I found on the Isle of Dread could have been a chimera or a dragon as well... not 100% on either possibility though. :)
Thank you for the helpful feedback and corrections!
I don't even play wow anymore, but I love these kinds of videos, as they capture the aspect I liked the most about this game: how vast and full of mystery it is!
Oh yes, well said!
That's what has always bothered me about the expansions for WoW. They chose to ignore this beautiful vast world they had created for these small little separate areas. I always wanted expansions in Azeroth proper as it was originally. There just felt like so much more to explore and expand upon.
Same lol
Looks like a lot of people agree on this! Thank you all :)
Occasionally play a private wrath server, but nothing will capture the feeling of when I played retail in 2009. The music, scenery, and mystery was everything!
The Tauren village is actually mentioned in the book Exploring Kalimdor, where Rexxar and Zappy Boi visit it. It's called Oceanmane Village, you can look it up on Wowpedia!
That is fun! I will have to check that out :)
These types of videos always make me think of how happy I'd be as a dev seeing someone enjoy these obscure details
I wonder if any of the former devs have seen one of these ;)
Great video as usual! I want to point out some trivia about the southern part of Kalimdor:
- 2:40 The Isle of Dread is part of the Scepter quest chain for unlocking the gates of Ahn'Qiraj. The island is full of 60+ elite chimaeroks and include a boss mob (7-10 people recommended on level 60 to kill it). Back in Classic you could farm Chimaerok Chops there for the 25 stamina food.
- 6:25 The reason for the details on the Island for the Scepter quests is most-likely just for that. Would suck to get send to an island to find a something and all it is is an empty blob of land.
- 10:00 once again this island is related to the Scepter chain and this time there's a raid boss that requires 20 or more people to be killed. Funny how this seems to be a reoccuring theme for the islands of southern Kalimdor. I remember there was a rumor about Varian Wrynn being kept as a prisoner on this island back before Wrath.
- 11:09 this area was part of the level 30 class quest for warriors. You had to fight and win in that ring of warriors to get your berserker stance.
Thank you for the thoughtful comment! I'm sure this info will be useful to others reading down here :)
@Jediwarlock 1:15 The shells of Mukrura are not cartilage but chitin, cartilage is a soft material that allows for bodies to be bendy-bendy, chitin is the hardened exoskeleton that defines most arthropods
Thank you very much for that correction! I will announce that in the next episode I think. All my bio classes have started to blend together XD messed up on my vocab!
I love these little secluded spots out in nowhere. Kinda makes me want to write stories about why a friendly naga is living next to goblins or tauren or whatever.
I'm glad you are a fellow enjoyer of the world! That story would be fun to read :)
So excited to see other continents, planets and dimension underwater routes from later expansions, thanks for the tour💚💚🤍💀
You are very welcome! I am not a retail player so my swimming journeys will probably slow down after Outland and Northrend, but I'll have plenty of other types of videos for you all to enjoy :)
I don't play wow anymore,I played this summer and the spring a little after months, have to say watching your videos at 5 in the morning is so relaxing along with your narration and smooth voice. Just want to say keep doing these videos, we can understand your effort and motivation doing these videos. We all felt this magical feeling exploring our home while leveling. Also, if you can suggest any wow videos or channels to look out,
Thank you very much for the kind words :) I'm glad my videos capture that magical old world feeling... more of them coming soon!
Having been such an avid adventurer in vanilla and BC this brings back so many good memories. 😁 so glad you went to a couple spots and i have been out to the gnome village on the sea floor 3 separate times. It always ends badly but I would still have to recommend you go there at least once! I kind of wish you would have taken the hit for us all to see it one more time..
Thank you for sharing! :D I may have to do that at some point... after the Westfall boat incident I was apprehensive about giving it a chance XD
The magic in wow is in the small details that adds nothing but atmosphere to the game. Like the little inuit village situated on a remote island in azure span. You walk there, see some kids going on a sleighride in the snow. Just lovely.
Were almost every game, no matter the genre, focuses solely on "rational design", wow has a charm that is still unmatched.
Thank you for the thoughtful comment! I agree... the old world environment has that special charm to it :)
@@Jediwarlock I feel that the newer expansions has it too. But it is easy to overlook 🙂
I'm pretty sure that hidden beach around 4:53 has a slope you can climb up, accessing a whole "out of bounds" area above Un'Goro Crater and Silithus.
Good to know! ;) I may have to check that out someday!
I went exploring a bit with my dk and I definitely got to the undeveloped area between ungoro and the coastline. There is something so fun about running around in these places.
I'm really enjoying this trip down memory lane. I stopped spending any time here after Cata, so this series is quite nostalgic.
Thank you very much! I'm glad you are enjoying it :)
An idea I'd like to see videos on in the future is you swimming up and down rivers in WoW. Tracing them from where they enter the ocean, to their headwaters.
Great idea! I have that on my list for potential videos now :)
I love this concept! There are so many secrets hidden around Azeroth; so many creative minds came together to make this world we love.
Yes! I agree... thank you very much! :)
Oh, you should do a video where you swim around the waters of Outla- oh.
Also I believe that mysterious skull was a dragon skull. There used to be a green dragon portal to the Emerald Dream nearby.
Outland might require a bit of modification to my plan XD ... good point! Feralas does have one of those Dream portals so that could make sense :)
@@Jediwarlock you need to fly near the boundaries of locations and the big void. :D
1:20 Crabs/Lobsters/Insects/Arachnids, in wows case this includes nerubians, is called Chitin or exoskeleton, not cartilage. Still a great video and series, and nostalgic as always. :D
Thank you for the correction! All my bio classes are blending together at this point :') ...I'll mention the correction in a future episode! :)
I remember right at the end of Wrath, before the world was destroyed by the cataclysm, there was a big search going on to find the last of the "undiscovered content" because a CM had posted on the forums that there were still things that hadn't been found yet. Zalashji was thought to be key to this at the time because he would respond to some of your emotes (/wave I think, maybe more). People (including myself) spent hours trying to figure it out!
Perhaps one day he will be the key ;)
Played wow, for years, was into emulating and developing for years, seen a lot and dont even play anymore. Really enjoy these videos where you can find something new you did not see 100 videos on already. Reminds me a bit of Hayven's videos
Thank you very much! :) That means a lot especially seeing the large impact Hayven left on the community... I am glad to be carrying on part of his legacy with the game!
Boy oh boy I am so hyped for the future journeys.
Bestt explore video so far.
Thank you! :) I'm glad you are enjoying it.
Thanks man. Great video again. Almost 10k subs! Totally deserved, my David Attenborough of Azeroth
Haha, thank you very much! :)
Alcaz island is one of my favourite places. Dr. Weevil's camp is amazing and oh so deadly :D
Yes! I explored it on my Blood Elf Priest a few months ago when I was going for the Explorer achievement and it is super cool! :)
Leveling always made me feel at ease and happy. You explore so many zones and feel gratification when you ding. Of course eventually you want to max out and reach end game content but after you go there you realize how aggrivating and toxic of an experience it is. I never went past WOTLK but when you reach lvl 80 you mostly visit two places - Icecrown and Dalaran. That's it.
You want to create a new character to lvl again and chill but realize that it will end the same. You will reach max lvl, you will get attached to the character and want to gear him/her as well. And it just repeats. A lot of competition for the loot. RNG rolls. RNG drops. Ninjing. All depending on other people and a heavy dose of luck. It just becomes a second life to you. A second job really because you need to work very hard to progress.
WoW is one hell of a drug and not many realize this. But watching your videos, your exploration is like lvling again without me facting the consequences of maxing out. So your videos and many others like it are something i watch when i lie down in bed.
You deserve the subs and may your channel grow and prosper.
Thank you so much for the thoughtful comment! :) I very much agree with you... WoW is much more rewarding as a journey than a destination game!
I am the exact opposite of you haha. I abandon my max level or high level characters all the time but love leveling new characters. That is why I love hardcore so much.
2:20 Chimaerok skeleton!
in Classic, you were tasked to go to the Isle of Dread with a group of people to get 20 Chimaerok Tenderloins for the quest (and really amazing food buff Dirge's Kickin' Chimaerok Chops- 25 stam buff in classic. it was an Epic quality food recipe!)
This quest was a prerequesite for the legendary AQ gates gong questline (this part was for the blue shard) dragons are a big part of the lore an the AQ questline, but those are Chimaerok skulls.
I had the novelty of tanking a crapload of these guys for gold (200g per 20 a trip).
Thank you for the thoughtful comment! I am not a profession person so I've never heard about this, but that is very cool! Reminds me of the Un'Goro Leather Mafia XD
If I remember right, there was a gnome/goblin building and some machinery at the buttom of the ocean somewhere east of Kalimdor. This was in the very early stages of WoW and pretty far south of the GM island and interrogation room.
I also think the entrance to stockade was high up in the heavens in WoW beta. Plus part of the emerald dream was north of instanced scholomance.
I never found the dragon isles that some people have pictures off, where its like a massive squid island.
Thank you for the thoughtful comment! Yes, I touched on the hidden gnome village but didn't end up heading down to it. Lots of secret places you mentioned... maybe I'll find ways to explore them in the future! ;)
To the best of my knowledge, the Classic Dragon Isles model is actually part of a separate world map (not reachable on the Eastern Kingdoms oceans). :)
I remember that sunken gnome village actually got referenced in Legion, you go there (or the post-cataclysm equivalent) for the engineering questline. It was a ton of fun to see that referenced and brought into the canon! I also looked up that abandoned tauren village and red dragon and they referenced them as well, giving a backstory to them in one of the books.
Now if only one of these expansions they'd add a hidden actual way to obtain that one rumored tan bengal tiger mount...
Thank you for sharing! I did not know about that but that is very neat! Haha, we might have to wait a while longer for the fabled Bengal Tiger... ;)
Great series, very relaxing to watch. I would have loved to see a shout out to the Great Sharks and Mammoth Sharks of Azshara and Feralas though. They were really a rare and dangerous sight in the early days of wow!
Thank you very much! Ooh, I don't believe I found any in my swim but those sound super frightening! :o
So, I almost reached the Underwater Gnome Village today, thanks for the info, never knew about it!
1. I tried to do it on my mage, with "Elixir of Water Walking" , "Swim Speed Potion" and Hook of the Master Angler. Fatigued to death.
2. Tried with Death Knight, he has "On a Pale Horse" talent and "Path of Frost". Also used "Swim Speed Potion". Sadly I don't have a hook on my DK, but I almost reached the village though! I could see 3 buildings and some sort of a lantern.
Did a bunch of screenshots and closed the game. Thalassophobia entered chat.
Thank you for sharing your experience! I think a class with healing might be the only reliable way of doing it... that is cool you got close on your DK! :)
@@Jediwarlock I've seen a video once where someone took a lvl 1 Undead Priest and was able to get there.
Looking forward to the trips round Azure and the others!!
Thank you! I'm glad you are enjoying these :)
I didn't play the revamp of Classic WoW, but Fray Island was apart of a long quest line for warriors to gain their stances.
Good point! I remember doing that on my warrior one time and it was cool :)
So many secrets. So much love went into this original game. Super comforting and beautiful video. Thanks. The most interesting one for me is the friendly naga. I've played wow for 10 years and never knew about him. And there is no explanation for him. It's amazing but frustrating hahaha.
One of my favorite places is the version of classic wow before aq where they have "old aq" hidden behind the instance. You can walk jump there from the southern coast of tanaris. Someone showed me it once and it blew my mind.
Oh and underneath stormwind will always be my hearts treasure. Just some developer made it in one afternoon probably, but I infinitely explored it in classic and in the wotlk versions.
Thank you very much for sharing! The Classic to Wrath days were definitely the peak of world secrets and Easter Eggs in my opinion :)
At 4:52, this is the secret entrance to uninstanced AQ. Back in classic AQ release it was the way all the summoners got in
Thank you for sharing, Drew! I may have to check that out someday! :)
i don't think I've ever heard of this hidden Tauren area at 3:46 . I've heard of the cave with the (later) dragon in it, but not about the Tauren area... neat.
Also gratz to the quick growth of the channel.
Thank you very much! Even after a long time, it's still crazy to think we can discover new things about this game :)
Amazing!!!! I hope, in the future, blizzard use these islands for some reason, like a pirates expansion.
Thank you very much! **(whispers)** Classic+, Classic+... ;)
@1:20 the lobster traps are a repeatable quest that gives like 10 silver per completion. I know this because this is where i farmed them to get the 100g need for epic riding in vanilla wow. The lobster traps could also give you a green quality fishing pole that was like the 2nd best u could get at the time behind the fishing event one in stranglethorn. In vanilla me and my buddy used to call these the secret lobsters :P.
Thank you for sharing! That is very cool :) ...sounds like quite the money hack for getting gold!
I've played wow since my childhood and these videos are an instant hit for me... I never thought to explore the shoreline around the continent and the cozy feel of these videos are amazing.
I'm glad you are enjoying them! The nostalgia factor is definitely a big part of playing Classic for me as well :)
Awesome work! It's refreshing to see a WoW channel with a properly unique concept and exciting execution.
Thank you very much! :)
Thank you for this series. Love it!
I'm glad you are enjoying it! :)
Great video to watch during Christmas breakfast
Thanks! :)
The island off Tanaris was used by GMs in at least vanilla so they wouldn't have to be near the general populace if they didn't want to. There's also one in Eastern Kingdom that's more human themed.
Thank you for the comment! What is the Eastern Kingdom island you are referring to? I think that is a very likely use for them! :)
@@Jediwarlock It does exist but I just read into it (GM Island on wowhead) and while it was on the top left map of Kalimdor it was blocked off by a void so it absolutely could not be gotten to without a teleport. I've been there on a private server through those means so I didn't know. It's pretty cool for a one time visit.
great video as always looking forward to more!
Thank you! :)
Please do dragon isle. They have put so much detail into the new continent, I’m sure you’ll find tons of neat stuff
Thank you very much for the suggestion! I am not a retail player, but from what I've seen the Dragon Isles do look incredible and I'm sure the designers put in a lot of cool hidden details! ;)
Very nice video.
Although bad experiences made me quit WoW, I still watch people which are exploring the lore or the landscapes of this world.
Keep up the good work.
Will do! Thank you for sharing. I hope my videos continue to generate positive, relaxing WoW experiences even though the game itself and the community can have their issues :)
Dirge's kickin Chimerok chops!
Hey, there ya go! :)
It is fun to watch these videos. I've swam around Eastern Kingdom and Kalimdor before because I wanted to see if I could, and it was fun. Love exploring Azeroth in unconventional ways.
I'm glad you are enjoying them! :)
Grats on 10k ahead of time, friend.
It certainly seems to be heading that way! ;) Thank you!
damn, that guitar theme in outro, and content reminds me of Hayven...
Thank you very much :) That means a lot to me especially after checking out Hayven and seeing the impact he left on the WoW community.
Once upon a time during Wrath of the Lich King (the original launch, not the classic relaunch) I was flying to Dalaran (personal flight not gryphon master) and while I was on my way I decided it would be okay to go downstairs and pee. Then when I was fully done peeing, hands washed etc. I thought to myself, I could really eat something, so I did... When I came back to my pc my dear healing spec druid was dead, I was shocked, I did forget I was flying to Dalaran so I thought "how can I be dead", but the damage-addon told me what I died to, and then I realised: Hey, the damage done by exhaustion is less than I can heal with my Blooming Life and Rejuvenation, so I can throw some heals onto myself and then swim back. It was fun, next thing I did was swim from the bottom of Teldrassil to Auberdine, just to notice while my druid could swim through the Exhaustion there, my deathknight could get there via horse even more easily, but that's a story for another day.
Thank you for sharing! :) I definitely want to use that healing strategy to perhaps reach that underwater gnome village someday!
@@Jediwarlock But be aware: Druing the next patch (I honestly forgot, which it was precisely, I'm a bit sorry for that) they did increase the amount of damage taken for exhaustion.
If they were aware of this possibility they might have already implemented an increase in exhaustion damage for the re-release of wotlk, but I honestly hope they did not, so you can show us what you will find.
Thank you for this early Christmas gift!
Hope this channel has a great 2023
Merry Christmas! You are most welcome, and thank you for the well wishes! :)
Love this video, definitely subscribing. Honestly feels like we went on stroll. Looking forward to more!!
Thank you so much! I'm glad you are enjoying them :)
I cant wait for the dragon isle edition 😁 15 seasons 18 episodes each 😜
Haha, that might be a while! XD
I'm a simple man. I see a wow swimming video, I click.
Haha, thank you! :)
Idea: explore following rivers from source to sea.
That would be fun! :D "Azeroth's Shallow Swims" XD
@@Jediwarlock Great title.
I usually watch videos sped up, but this masterpiece I have to watch on normal speed. Can't wait to see the next ones!
Thank you very much for the kind words! I'm glad you are enjoying them :)
There are indeed a couple quests from Shadowprey Village that have you doing some swimming. One of them is collecting from those traps , the turn in reward was 50s, and repeatable. Myself and many others farmed this quest when classic first came out to afford out first mount. This was the first week of launch, no bots or sellers yet, and a legit gold farm.
That is so cool! I did not realize that one was repeatable :)
The traps also have a chance to drop the Big Iron Fishing Pole, which in vanilla was the only fishing pole with a +fishing skill bonus.
merry christmas my dude!
You as well! :)
underwater exploring gives me the creeps
Yes, there is always that fear of just finding a giant shark or something in the deep water :o ... I am trying not to film as much deep water clips anymore to not freak anyone out :)
Congrats on the 10k subs :)
Thank you very much! :)
I wouldn’t recommend putting in the effort to try this because it’s tedious as hell, but I do recall seeing a video from ages ago, pre-Burning Crusade. I don’t remember who from (we’re getting near 20 years ago now, gimme a break), and I can’t for the life of me find the video now, so I assume it’s deleted. _Somewhere_ waaaaaaay out from Steamwheedle Port, well under those fighting Alliance and Pirate ships is another submerged Gnome town, similar to the one mentioned earlier more South in the zone. Except this one is so far out in the fatigue zone that it boarders the game itself. Like, it’s possible to swim so far out that it suddenly makes the same sound as when you fall off Outland and your camera stops following you down. The camera just stops following you if you go far enough out. But it’s not just out, it’s down. Where they also generally have massive drop offs in the water for the fatigue zone, you have to swim all the way down past that to the point everything goes completely flat again, because obviously they didn’t intend players to be able to get there so everything is just a ground layer.
The original video was just during a certain time where a big lag spike of some sort hit the whole server, without disconnecting players, and nothing could be done by anyone, including dismounting since he was mounted when it hit, so he just decided to go out swimming. He didn’t dismount like one normally would upon hitting the water, so he and his skeletal horse just swam out as far as he could. The breath and fatigue bars never showed up. So he just kept going out and down until he eventually found the flat area, the gnome town and the camera stopped following him right on the outside of that town. It was a bizarre event he just decided to make the best of and found it.
I’ve seen people reaching that closer southern gnome town with ease using level 1 Undead Priests, for the underwater breathing racial, and ability to heal more damage + regenerate mana faster than the fatigue can kill them. Not entirely sure how you can get down there while remaining level 1 as an Undead, but hey. If the same method can be applied, someone could take a really long and stupid journey to the deepest depths and boarder the game itself to find it, assuming they can tolerate stopping to heal every few seconds.
Though my understanding of how the game works, when the camera stops following you, you’ll die a few seconds later automatically because the game would break otherwise if it didn’t. The guy in the original video did not die because of the afore mentioned server lag spike preventing anything from being done, so he was able to just watch his character swim around freely and completely independent of his camera now unable to move, only look around.
And that was just a lucky find on the far out boarder of Tanaris, who knows what they put at the same distance and depth from other zones. The fatigue zone is expanded a distance out from most zones with coasts, the game boarders would have to be way the hell out even further. Anyone with omega levels of boredom and patience would probably be able to spend entire days skirting the game boarder of each continent finding weird oddities they dropped out past the drop off.
_Though I don’t play Classic in any stage, I’m not sure whether things had changed enough to prevent such things from original broken vanilla. For all I know it may not even be possible anymore._
Thank you so much for the detailed info! I will use this as a reference if I decide to go for it someday :) Other people might find this useful too!
@@Jediwarlock Well out of curiosity, I looked into how fatigue works now. Turns out at some point they made adjustments to it to stop all mana regeneration (including MP5), possibly entirely because of how low level characters kept reaching the fabled GM island. Mana potions and items like it still work, but it's not exactly helpful, what with cooldowns and all. I _assume_ they would've implemented that change to classic automatically. So low level priests don't seem like much of an option anymore.
Funnily enough I did see a more recent video of someone in retail reaching the game boarders of Kul'Tiras and Zandalar using res sickness and health regen food. It didn't quite out-heal the fatigue, but he stayed alive long enough to find some interesting things bordering those zones. Like an exceptionally large skeleton of something south of Zuldazar.
My memory of older expansions fail me on quality health regen food in classic (if any at all), but that + res sickness seems like a pretty solid method for ocean diving.
I was today years old when I learned about meridith.
Still finding eggs after almost 20 years
Wow the underwater gnome village….
That's one of my favorite parts of WoW... even after more than a decade of playing for me, I swear I can find something new every single day! :)
congrats on 9k!
Thanks! :)
I used to love watching people explore in Wow. Would also be cool to see you do a comparison with Retail after you finish with Classic.
I am not a retail player as of now, but that would be cool! :)
between you and full motion video i love watching the exploration and lore content
I'm glad you are enjoying my videos! :)
Didn't know about that Tauren village or that island so far south in Tanaris.
I feel like one can discover something new in WoW every day, even after playing for a long time! :)
Once again a nice video. Love these type of videos bro. You put a lot of effort into them. Can't wait for you to swim around Northrend.
Little sidenote: you mentioned the lighthouse in Theramore. The lighthouse was turned off because of the Kraken monster "Tethyr" that swims around in Theramore harbour's waters. Tethyr seemed to be attracted by the lighthouse and attacked Theramore when it's lights were turned on so they shut it down. There's also a 7 part questline to kill this mob.
Thank you very much for the thoughtful comment! :) I love the Tethyr questline... thank you for reminding us of it!
Thanks for another good episode, Jedi ❤️
If you celebrate it - Merry Christmas, my man
Thank you very much! Merry Christmas to you as well :)
Thanks for the video:)
You are most welcome! :)
Love this cozy videos
I'm glad you are enjoying them! :)
Hi Jediwarlock!
Happy holidays!
Happy holidays to you as well! :)
6:35 I thought there was a gnome on a hammock there
It is possible there is on other servers... the one I film on has its quirks so I'm not surprised if I missed out on some NPCs here! :)
Love your videos ❤. Do gm island next
Haha, now THAT would be a cool adventure! :D
This was awesome, now I feel like rolling into WoTLK. If you haven;t already, I'd like to see something around that NELF looking zone in the middle of Duskwood. I've played NELF druids many times over the years, and never known what it is, though it feels druidish.
Ooh great idea! As a quick summary, that portal is one of four Emerald Dream portals scattered around the world as part of the Nightmare Dragon raids... as for the LORE behind those portals and their placements, I would love to investigate that! :)
The traps at 1:08 are well known for a special fishing rod you can get there. This rod is the "Big Iron Fishing Pole" and to farm it you have to open up tens or hundreds of these traps if you are unlucky. I must have spend atleast 4 or 5 hours swimming back and forth there on different characters. Only Alliance players will do this farm because Horde players have an easy quest they can do instead which gives a better rod!
This is in classic btw
Thank you for that info! I am not a profession player so I have never known about that, but very cool! :)
Both factions used the rod at the beginning. Seth's Graphite Rod? is the horde specific one. This was a common gold farm at the start of classic.
love these so much and cant wait to see you do outlands
Thank you very much! It is coming in the future :)
I wonder if anyone else feels an immense uneasy feeling whenever they venture out into WoW's open seas?
I have received quite a few comments about that phobia and I try to limit the amount of open-water shots I show now... don't want my videos to be more scary than relaxing!
In the Battle for Azeroth expansion there is an underwater tavern-bar hidden off the map of the area of Vol'Dun. The underwater tavern-bar is inviting and pleasant, but there is a giant horn you can click on at the edge of a cliff looking straight down into unimaginable depths. Blowing the horn summons a building-sized kraken that simply stares at you from the abyss.
Amazing i never visited the isle of dread of the coast of ferales cause in retail its sunken below the sea Yet again a great video 😊
Yes! I was sad to learn it was gone in the Cataclysm... I'm glad you are enjoying these! :)
Another greate job :D
Thank you! :)
Love these videos!! Thank you so much
I'm glad you are enjoying them! :)
It's to bad the Isle of Dread was sunk when Cata hit. It was the only place to get Chimaerok Tenderloins.
Yes! Such a funny little cooking item XD
Love it!
Thank you very much! :)
Cant wait for 10k!
Hopefully coming soon! :D
I went to the islands of the coast of tanaris a couple months ago, and there were npcs on the goblin island
Ooh, good to know! The server I film on definitely has its quirks, so perhaps the NPCs just aren't on this server for some reason.
Man i am in love with these series, keep it up!
Thank you very much! :) Will do.
good video master
Haha, thanks! :)
The swimming does it for me :) Had you flown it would be a lot less interesting.
I'm glad you are enjoying it! I agree, the swimming opens up so many more possibilities with underwater secrets! :)
im pretty sure 6:25 was supposed to be a Battleground but was scraped
That is a possibility! I was thinking that myself when I was looking at the two islands setup of the area ;)
Awesome watch honestly. Can anyone tell me what that illusion is at 11:23 or am I tripping gnomes?
Thank you very much! From my knowledge, that spirit light has to do with either A.) A shaman class quest, or B.) A Felwood quest where you are sent here to purify some corrupted water. The WotLK server I film on definitely has its quirks, so there's a chance that light spawned there accidentally when it wasn't supposed to show up. :)
YEAH
A Christmas present
Haha, I suppose so! :)
Gotta do northrend and outlands next!
Yep! Getting closer to those!
8:11
Did the devs literally put a camp fire on the alliance's ship to make the smoke? :D
Yes, no pun intended, going out there up close does reveal some of the smoke and mirrors of the... smoke XD
what a madlad big respect
Thank you! :)
Is it really a Naga infestation or just the high born denizens after Nzoth’s transformation…
Very good point! I have a vid idea that addresses that question... maybe someday you'll see it! :D
Almost to 10k!!!!!!
Woohoo! We are getting close :)
another good video as usual
Thank you very much! :)
For some reason most of these areas are removed in retail, like the tauren village, the island of dread, the hidden island in tanaris.. sad :(
Oh, and did they remove the "languages" from races? i remember speaking troll with my troll friends and the rest of the horde did not know what we where saying.
Yes, the Cataclysm had a lot of unfortunate consequences... :'(
I am not sure about that! I know that Orcish and Common are the two standard languages but I am not sure if you can change your chats to your race-specific language so members of the same faction can't read it... I'd be sad if they removed it!
@@Jediwarlock each race had their own language, like trolls, orcs, dwarfs and so on, i miss that, it brought something to the game
Will we get a northrend edition?
Yes! :D
Hello Jediwarlock
Hello! :)
1:20, I think you meant to say “carapace” not “cartilage”
Yes, I definitely messed up my bio vocab on that one! Thank you for the correction, I will make an announcement on that in the upcoming episode :)
I love it
